Yah was not impressed. It was close to where I was at. So I stopped in. 2 guys behind the counter. I was asking questions about what brand they had because they didn't carry what I usually buy. The guy recommended the strawberry ice cream vape $26 bucks said it was great but it's not so much. It tastes like sweet corn vs strawberry milkshake. I probably won't stop back in. They are a lot more expensive than my place I go a mile down the road. Lesson learned. read more

I usually like their glass products but none of their items are priced and different employees give different prices. I recently bought a CBDoobie (60mg and very overpriced) and it was rolled so thin and it wasnt even filled all the way. Burned very fast and was falling apart. If you are lookng for a good CBDoobie, go to Carbon smokeshop down the street. They sell 100mg rolled nice and fat. read more

Great spot back to being one of my favorites again since the new management the Hookah tobacco is always on stock and fresh ready to buy, new fun flavors, new decor and the lounge next store is an awesome chill spot for me and my friends . the Kratom drinks can be intense but relieve pain and make you feel good. The customer service was beyond amazing when Mike is working. However I did have a not so good experience when the woman Julianna was working . she got upset at me because my friend got sick from the kratom and that in my opinion was not cool at all nor was it good customer service . i have been bringing 5 and 6 new people to this place regularly and to be treated like such a way by her was not only surprising but very bad for business . Only because i like the place and the gentleman Mike so much i continue coming to this place but someone needs to seriously take greater effort in speaking to employees about the do's and dont's in providing customer service because i know it makes such a big difference and it would be unfortunate to have to seek other places to hang out at and bring my business to. read more

First off no one answers the phone when i have called which has been more than a dozen times. I have been to the smoke shop but i noticed that their prices are above the other vape shops around the area. Their selection of vape mods, accessories and juices are extensive but not worth it when the prices are high. read more

Had a bad experience at first trying to return 2 bad hookahs, but my friend Abdel, he called me up and told me he would take care of me. Walked in and they gave me a free hookah. New hose, head, the works. The lady who helped me and my friend was amazing. She sold me my first hookah there about a year ago (which I still have) and it works amazing. This place is amazing. The selection is huge and the employees, especially Jad, are very helpful and always point you in the direction of the best products for the specific person. I have bought a hookah and a vape from them for personal use and both times I got a great deal. I live an hour and a half away and I still drive to them to get all my hookah and vape supplies. read more
