Dr Taylor is great! I've seen him before and he fixed my dry feet too. Being a diabetic, I must keep watch on the feet .

This is the same staff as the other locations but every time I have came here I have had good service and in somewhat of a timely manner.

Please do not take anyone to Dr. Fleming!…read more He is the most offensive, arrogant, and conceited doctor I have ever met. I take my elderly Mom to his office monthly to get shots in her eye and she had ALWAYS asked me to go in with her. The place is always extremely packed with patients, and I didn't want to be in the way, so I would sit in the waiting room. Typically in waiting rooms, especially with numerous patients, people talk, but not in this waiting room! People in Dr. Fleming's waiting room sit around with a look of dread on their faces. It's really an unnerving experience. After meeting with, and talking to Dr. Fleming, I can see why my Mom came out one day crying. When I asked what was wrong, she told me Dr. Fleming yelled at her because she had the insurance he didn't like, and was super rude to her. (she had mentioned previously how rude he was, but I just thought she was being too sensitive) I called and talked to the manager about his behavior, she apologized, and said please give him another chance. The following month I accompanied my Mom to the room, I wasn't about to let her go in alone this time. I asked the manager if she spoke to Dr. Fleming about his previous treatment of my Mom and she said NO. I noticed his employees all walk on egg shells around him, asking each other what kind of mood he was in for the day, how sad to have to work in that type of environment. He came in, gave my Mom the shot, and hurt her!!! He didn't apologize or anything he just handed her a kleenex, and said "wipe your eye". That was it!!! No apology, no asking if she was alright, nothing!!! What upset me the most was seeing my Mom cower in the chair when he walked through the door. She was scared to death of him. I asked if he was aware he had upset her the last time, and he said yes, like it was no big deal! I informed him that he had no right to yell at her because he doesn't like her insurance. He got really upset with me and starting talking loudly and telling me how much trouble this insurance causes him and the amount of debt he has. I told him, that is not her fault and he had no right to take it out on his patients. I also told him I felt he owed her an apology. That really upset him! He argued for quite a while and then told her "IF, I did something wrong, I'm sorry". Needless to say we left and won't be going back there again. What makes me feel the worst, is the fact that I never accompanied her into the room because I didn't realize how scared she was. I never realized how frighted she was to have to face his wrath. I hope this will help prevent others from having to go through such a traumatic experience.

Dr. Fleming saved the vision in my right eye. I would be blind if it were not for him. I was…read moredriving to Louisiana when I realized I had an active bleed in my right eye. Panicked, I searched my insurance company's list of providers and called Dr. Fleming's group. They gave me a 3:15 appointment and I arrived at their office shortly after 1 pm and when I told them I had an active bleed, I was IMMEDIATELY taken to surgery and met Dr.Fleming who, in addition to being a first class surgeon, is a really nice guy. He lasered my torn retina which stopped the bleed and saved the sight in my right eye and tacked down the retina. I am extremely grateful to have vision in my right eye and I would recommend Dr. Fleming to anyone. I have Blue Cross/Anthem Missouri HMO and I was astounded at how quickly they realized I had a serious emergency and addressed it and fixed it within 3 hours of my first panicked phone call. They were so very nice and compassionate which was just a bonus since I didn't care a flip about ANYTHING but saving the vision in my eye, but I highly recommend Dr. Fleming if you need a retina specialist.
