Not only did they do the operation, without question the doctor confirmed it was the only solution, you don't actually want to operate, you just know its required and it's a relief to hear a proper doctor confirm as such. Dr Judy was super friendly and professional, she just knew exactly what to do and the whole thing was over within 30mins, fantastic. It was actually very fascinating to watch and totally gross at the same time. I really must applaud how thorough, clean, transparent and professional she was. She was very knowledgeable about post op care and gave clear instructions. Alot of doctors who inject anesthesia are not consistent with checking you're fully drugged up before they dive in, it's such a horrifying concept you need to be assured. Dr Judy was the checking kind. Great doctor, great service, able to accommodate for my late appointment preference and well priced, albeit also covered under private health insurance. My toe is healing up wondrously after a couple months of pain, I have my follow up appointment this week and I anticipate good news. Highly recommend, I've already recommended to a workmate. I suspect this is not really our sort of place as it seemed more of a alternative therapy place than a pragmatic application of podiatry. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone as a close to home option, though I imagine they aren't lacking for customers in this demographic. Was good to see an option that doesn't do what we need though, as it makes you more aware of what we need as a customer rather than just accepting upselling tactics.

Verity was very professional and thorough in her testing. She gave me several treatment options for the torn muscles in my lower leg. She made some adjustments to help hips as one leg was longer than the other from the injury, she also offered needling and gave clear instructions for exercises to do each day so I can get back to long walks.

I tried a Podiatrist, also in Parrmatta, which turned out to be expensive and a complete waste of time and money! Then I heard about the Sydney Heel Clinic at 42, Macquarie St. Parrammata run by Fatemeh Abdi BhSc/MpodMed, clinic owned by Karl Lockett who has another clinic in North Sydney. After three weeks I was back on my feet and almost completely pain free and after 5 weeks, pain free, I could not believe it and I remain pain free. Fatemeh Abdi gets all the credit, nothing was too much trouble. The treatment worked, the exercises were easy and the post appointment instruction simple. Couldn't help but notice that everyone seems to get much the same "treatment" which lasts about 1-2 minutes per session.Very much a process line Ended up having a cheilectomy which also didn't work,followed by cortisone injection which did for a while. I now manage the pain with self massage,and occasional anti inflammatories. Glad it works for some,but it had a whiff of snake oil about it to me.
