Wayne was very easy to work with and we had our guestbook within 2 weeks. The guestbook is of amazing quality. It is a thick bind leather book and was so much fun to look through. When I first started looking for a company to work with, I messaged several different photographers and Carmen was the only person I felt at ease collaborating with. Not only did she reply very quickly, her responses were positive & supportive. I was honestly what one would call a complex client as I was unsure of what I really wanted but that is why Carmen is so great! She helped me execute my vision given my directions were quite vague. When time came for the shoot, Carmen led me throughout the session making it effortless! After an hour session we were able to get many shots AND an outfit change in all the while I was sluggish barely being able to move around much at 38 weeks pregnant! The shoot was a success and after a week Carmen and Ryan emailed me the results. I was very happy with the outcome but requested a couple edits and sure enough they made it happen! I was going through my first pregnancy and I was overwhelmed with all the stress and insecurities that come with pregnancy, however Reaction Photography captured my maternity shots seamlessly! I had found Carmen on Yelp (I'm a big Yelper who listens to reviews) and when I spoke with her on the phone I knew I had found the right person. We were a group of 29 family members, ranging in age from 3 -85 years old . We had 3 sets of families and we needed numerous pictures taken at Gallagher Park. Carmen arrived on time and ready to go. She was professional and truly got every photo we needed. She was calm and helpful and knew exactly what to do. Due to my concern about the weather Carmen was flexible throughout, and was happy to continue taking photos at an inside venue if needed (thankfully the weather was fine and we were able to take all the photos outside). If you are looking for an excellent, creative, professional photographer for any event no need to look further! Carmen is simply the BEST!

(No professional greeting, thank you for your business or anything like that, but whatever, at least he finally responded) I responded with timing within minutes. I have still not received a reply to this day. This merchant apparently has no interest in their would-be customers so I have traded in my voucher.

After meeting with a few photographers, it was obvious that for the money, this was the best option for us. While it's pricey, it's definitely worth it. We opted for "the forever" package so we received two photographers for eight hours. I think they may have even stuck around a bit longer than without an additional charge. She took us to some memorable locations in and around the Old Market and got some very unique shots. Our wedding party is a bit on the wild side but she handled them calmly and professionally. The turnaround time was great and the quality is hard to beat. We received a fantastic leather bound album, three cd's (one for us and one for our parents) and a copyright release. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jennifer to anybody that wants top-notch photographs.

Overall she did a pretty good job. I purchased a Groupon for a cut, deep conditioning treatment, and blow dry. She didn't talk about which products she used, or tell me if/when she was doing the condoning so for all I know she didn't do it. When I got there I introduced myself and she said hi. She was distracted by doing her taxes on quick books and made me wait while she finished. I didn't mind waiting 7 minutes, but it didn't give the best first impression. When we were talking about the style, I said I liked a lot of volume on top. But then she never did anything to address that. It seemed like she was just going through the motions of delivering the same thing over and over. She cuts hair dry...not sure how I feel about that. Personality wise I just didn't feel 100% comfortable. I didn't quite connect with her as were taking. Nothing she did wrong, just not everyone clicks. I did like the modern decor and layout of her little studio. Comfortable.

The dance floor / roller rink area isnt bad. I personally did not roller skate but had plenty of fun watching the kids wipe out or using the supplied walkers like 90 year olds. It had what looked like a full kitchen i sure you can lease out. Our group brought their own food and drinks but still able to use the kitchen to serve up. They had music going and the onsite staff was running that. The skates themselves probably all needed a lil attention. Some were way too tight so they couldn't pivot right. I think it'd be a pretty good venue for a wedding reception, kids b-day or otherwise depending on the cost. Its not too far out of town but still kinda out there. Its easy to get to because there are not many other roads to go down in Underwood. Get out there and have fun!
