Customers like this individual and myself keep your business in business!!! An employee, owner or manager should NEVER be badmouthing a customer in front of other customers!!! I have waited three weeks to post anything because I just don't like posting negative feedback but, I still have a really bad taste from my experience there. The entire time I was there this person was rude to the employees there and it was very offensive. I visit the Amana every so often and I always shop there however I have to say this visit will definitely be my last. I don't know if this woman was the manager or the owner but, she was definitely out-of-line in her behavior. I have worked in the retail business for several years and never ever would I have acted in such a manner. Yes, the shop was nice but, the behavior was terrible!!! Bad on you!!!

I tried at first to untangle on my own, but it turns out I am the same as the character as my oldest daughter's favorite movie, Tangled....I needed help and who better to help than a business that has been around for 75 years...I trust Cook's and they gave me a good price. I left with a phat check and a necklace for each of my daughters; A paw for my youngest and a cross for my oldest. I cannot lie and I admit I tried them on to ensure they looked good and I think they do:). I felt like Cinderella and hopefully my youngest feels like Moana. Also, the piece's second hand had detached and was skating freely across the watch face. The associate who greeted me was very enthusiastic about seeing a Tony the Tiger watch and quickly presented me with service options. Sensing my concern about cost of fixing the second hand, she offered an alternative. She also told me the item would be ready by the end of the week but I was called for pick-up well before that timeline. Now, for just over $10, I have the watch up and spinning.
