The company does general contracting, commercial and residential, and they know how to put roofs on. They have roofing teams. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge displayed from the start by Derek and, later, Deven as they guided me through the process. They worked with me and my insurance company to work out the details of a major shingle and hardware replacement for my house and a storage building. I'd not noticed the need for a shingle replacement on the latter roof. The day of the job, the team came out and, much to my wife's and my surprise, it was done by sundown, working in 100-degree heat. One day. We'd expected two. They did a masterful job, shingling our 1800+ sq. ft. home and a 12 x 24' storage building, and we were additionally very pleased with how thorough their cleanup was. We've found very few nails and other roofing material around the buildings since the job. They really cleaned up well. I couldn't be more pleased. And this was a company that traveled 100 miles over a state line to do the work. I highly recommend ACM Development for roofing work.

They had no idea of how to tie it in to my system, and of course when I called back to report the problem I got no help. Also my light was out in spa and I said I needed a new one. But instead of diagnosing the problem as being just a bad light bulb, he installed a whole new light for $400. When I told him I didn't appreciate him wasting my money like that, he just laughed. It's really a shame because Blue Haven used to be a good company.

Original layout was wrong, not following the plan, had to be redone. Most of the work was done by sub-contractors who lacked the ability to do the job correct. It took almost 3 times as long to finish. Shoddy finish. Some of plaster had to be redone, Brick trim started falling off a month later. Plumbing leaked, equipment failed or did not work correctly. Had to hire another contractor to redo some parts and correct all the problems. Warrenties were not honored. Most of the equipment had to be replaced by another company. One of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with a construction related business.
