I have…read morebeen trying to use these vouchers for 3 months but it seems as though they do not offer plant nites in my city anymore even they they advertised to me that they did. Now I am stuck with 2 vouchers that are useless unless I travel to another city since they arent offering plant nites here. I contacted customers service and they told me "we are looking to add more events soon, stay tuned". Well considering my couches expire in a month after trying to use them for 3 months I basically wasted my money.

He had never even met me before and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. When Night Owl didn't have lighting available for the night I needed because they had another major event on that night, Bill made recommendations for other vendor and said if I had anymore questions or any trouble finding what I needed to call him back so he could point me in the right direction.
