We had our guest numbers bounce around so it went both directions at different times. They were really flexible in the set-up, entrance and timing. The food was delicious, and they had a huge number of options for appetizers, entrees and sides. I got compliments on all of it from friends that would have no problem saying otherwise. A half-complaint would be the weak drinks, but at a wedding I think that is more of a benefit than not, particularly when someone gets the brilliant idea to do tequila shots. They were super accommodating and very helpful with all of the late changes we had with seating and schedule.
