Always professional with the client first. I have been there a long time and have gone through the transition is of 2 stylists leaving and having to find someone else. They helped me with the process!!! They even have me choices! I always stayed with the first one suggested, but the transition was smooth as silk! They listen!! Each visit is truly a treat. I have been a guest for years. I tried to leave once when my original stylist went to another shop but quickly returned. You are pampered the minute you walk in the door. The greet you by name offer you a beverage (wine please!). Then the transformation begins. The shampoo experience is one of my favorite experiences. You receive the most relaxing scalp massage as the conditioner is applied. My most recent experience was amazing. I have dark hair and have been wanting to go lighter. Savannah is awesome and listens to what you want. She happened to get me in due to a last minute cancellation. They give you such nice treatment there with the muffins and coffee while you are waiting for hair color to set. Wonderful scalp massage and very knowledgeable staff. I went there because my stylist at my usual place was full, but I definitely plan on returning here instead. Same prices but much better results! read more

Today was my first time at the Gallery and it was by far the best hair styling experience I've had in a long time! I was scheduled with Bryn for a haircut, she gave me a tour of the place, did an awesome scalp massage and even taught me how to style my hair. They don't have car parking facility and they are really bad in customer care. The hairdressers only greet well the persons they know or else good tippers as they previously identified. If you just walk in to this place for the first time or second time you will experience what I say, nobody care about you and they have like 10 or 15 hairdressers and you will definitely end up with the lowest skill hairdresser. read more

I had a formal event to attend and didn't want to deal with my own hair, so I found The Gallery on the internet and decided to take a chance. The salon is lovely and the staff was very welcoming, even though it was a snowy February morning. Trista did my hair; I had a picture of the dress and a few magazine pics of what I had in mind and she did wonders with my shoulder-length layered hair. She was very warm and friendly, telling me what she was using on my hair and how she was doing it, but never pushing any products. The Gallery's not cheap, but you do get what you pay for here. I had a beautiful updo that held up wonderfully through snow, dancing, and a 15 hour day. Can't recommend this place enough! read more
