Have gone here off and on for years and used to be good quality.....however, today I was very dissatisfied. I called and asked about availability for 2 pedis and 1 dip mani. They said sure, come on in. We arrived 20 minutes later and waited for an hour before our pedis started. They could have told me over the phone that there would be a significant wait. Pedi was nice massage, good length, but the polish job was very messy and staff kept getting up to clean other bowls with same gloves and then tried to come back and touch our feet. Very unsanitary/cross contamination. My dip manicure seemed to be going well, but by the end, the finish on my nails was bumpy and manicurist had moved on to someone else's pedi. I had already spent so much time here that I was going to be late for evening plans and there was no one available to correct crummy finish. There was no cuticle oil, lotion or massage. There was also acetone and old dip stuck all over my skin because she left my fingers soaking in a bowl of acetone during my entire pedicure. I am very dissatisfied. I felt some of my services were rushed to accommodate more people coming in. Staff were hopping between customers and seemed oblivious to how long it was taking to get any one service completed and was not turning anyone away or letting them know how long the wait would be. They seem more concerned with volume over quality. I will not be back. read more

Well to add insult to injury... add a $120 Urgent Care visit, $30 oral antibiotics & $64 antibiotic ointment and still has not cleared up infection. Back to Urgent Care, so far this Pedicure has cost me $264.00 and I am not better. Beware of where you go to get a pedicure and make sure they PROPERLY clean and disinfect their tools and bowls!!! read more

This used to be my favorite nail spa until today they messed up the color I chose and asked me many personal questions. I chose a blue color, and the one they brought is purple. They said it was not their fault because they have no idea why it turns out purple. I feel like they don't even know what they were doing. Later on one of the workers started to asked me loudly with very personal questions in public such as where are you from? What do you do for a living? Which school are you going to? How much is your tuition fee? Is it expensive to you? Do you have any relatives here? He didn't stop until I said I'm not comfortable of being asked those questions. The business of clean and everyone is very friendly. The husband and wife owners are very sweet and take their time working on you. The business what pretty full (all the technicians were working on someone) but we didn't feel rushed or neglected. They offer plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink choices or snacks if you need! I've been to sketchy nail salons in the past that don't clean the tubs for the pedicure but they used cleaning solution between clients and wiped everything down. They have a good color and nail design selection. read more

The ladies that work here are super nice and fun to talk to! They asked me about my life, and I asked them about theirs, nice conversation and relaxing. Got the lavender pedi- all of the pedis come with hot stone and massage- it felt so good! The lady wasn't afraid to really massage my feet, which I like! The lady that did my mani was really good too-hand massage was great! They only take visa and MasterCard, so just be aware before you go. Definitely recommend this place. The family and friends that run it have been here for 3 years. All tools are sanitized and come in packaging! Very clean! read more

I made the mistake of going somewhere else and ended up with a poorly done shellac manicure that I then had redone a few days later by one of the manicurist at Beauty Nail and Spa. She did an amazing job, and was so quick! I made an appointment for a 5:00 pm time and boy am I glad I did because they were very busy. They had a great selection of colors and they charged me about half of what the other salon had charged me so I consider it a steal! read more

Van did a lovely job on my manicure and was so sweet to my daughter. Everything was clean and professional. She opened a new sterile pack of tools in front of me which is something I always look for. They had a good selection of colors and brands, like OPI. I will be back for more manicures. read more

I went to get my nails done on hoco and the man who did them was huffing and puffing the whole time. They were hardly busy but he seemed extremely stressed and rushed - I thought he was about to drop on the ground with a heart attack - and he stressed me out and I was unable to relax and enjoy my time. This is a really great place. When we came in, we saw a sign that their credit card machine was down (good job, Comcast -_- ), so they told us that we'd have to use cash or checks, BUT if we went to get cash and brought the ATM receipt back, they'd reimburse us the ATM fees. Really thoughtful and great customer service, and an awesome way to deal with the issue. We got mani/pedis for a very reasonable cost, and they did an awesome job. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, as this was the best pedicure I have ever gotten! I come to Springfield often for work and this was a great way to relax while away from home. Hanna was amazing, extremely thorough and took her time to do an amazing job on my pedicure. I got the European pedicure and I would definitely get it again! But... I also got a no-chip manicure from Hanna and that was a little different, although I don't think it was intentional. They had too many customers and not enough nail technicians, and unfortunately did not have any of the walk-in customers really wait and they started getting them going on their services, so it was chaotic. So my manicure was very rushed and not at all relaxing, she was very quick and rough with the filing of my nails and since then two of them have torn, even with the no-chip. If she hadn't felt so rushed, I'm sure she would have treated my manicure more like my pedicure and taken her time. Hanna and the owners were very friendly and created a very welcoming environment. I just think that they need to either have more technicians present or ask their customers to patiently wait so the customers getting services and the technicians don't feel so rushed. read more

I have visited many nail salons since moving to the Springfield and so far Beauty Nail and Spa has been the best one. The staff were all very friendly and the facilities were nice with newer equipment. The woman who provided me with my pedicure opened new clean, sterilized tools to use, which impressed me. She gave me a very nice leg massage with hot stones and a towel wrap. She did not speak English but the other staff translated for us and she was very nice. The actual polish application was not as professional looking as I expect when I'm paying for a pedicure but it was still better than me having to do it myself. My shellac manicure was perfection. The technician did a fabulous job. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because the shop was not as clean as I think a salon should be and the atmosphere was not as relaxing as I would like. The owner was very hyper & nervous. He threw the shellac colors in my lap and told me to pick a color but other than that he was very friendly. This is a real gem for a nail salon. The chairs are very high quality and give an excellent massage. The entire place was clean. The workers were all more than friendly... Think genuine. Pedicures start at $25. I did the $30 service which included close to 20 min of massage with scrub, lotion, hot stones and hot towel. They also provided a beverage. Their polishes are high quality. Very clean, quiet RELAXING atmosphere, wonderful massage chairs and the nail tech I had, Misty, gave the best foot massage and did a perfect job with my toe polish. They weren't even busy and knew I'd never been there before, which you would have thought they would have wanted to impress me so that I'd come back. Hanna, Vanessa, and Michael are great but tonight I had a guy w/ a slick back hair (don't know his name) and I was really disappointed. He is so rough, unfriendly, keeps on grunting and mumbling.
