After waiting in line for five minutes, the woman behind the counter very rudely tells me she's closed. I started to ask a question, and before I could she turned and walked away. So my husband comes in and asked if they were closing the store soon, which was a no, just their customer service. He asked to speak to the manager and the woman then at the counter told him to wait there while she went and spoke to her. The manager, Terri, turns and looks at him and then proceeds to ignore him standing there for TWENTY minutes. We never were helped. You shouldn't be a manager if you're that horrible in customer relations.
