For anyone wondering the same thing and wanting to avoid dealing with rude customer service: if the recipient isn't home or available during delivery, the driver leaves a note saying they attempted delivery, and the recipient will have to pick the fruit arrangement up from the store themselves.

There were no single bruises, and it still looked like new even after a week. They even added balloons free of charge! Customer service was great too. The delivery lady called to tell me how my mom reacted and even texted me the picture of the flowers. --- The entire experience was so personable, definitely made me feel like a valued costumer. One thing I want to point out is that they operate from 9 AM to 5 PM, and there's no way for us to place flower delivery online unless it's by phone. It was difficult for us to reach them since we too have to work from 9 AM to 5 PM. But I'm not going to take away a star for something so minor.
