Not only did she mess this up by giving the grandchildren both basket's, when we called her someone came over to fix the baskets and brought 4 carnations to try and fill in 2 very large arrangements. The arrangements looked pathetic!! And we told her that it should say Pap Pap. She put a hideous gold thing that said Papa?? Really?? Not good to mess up on a funeral!! Never ever recommend this florist!! On top of this we were charged a ridiculous price for her mess up!! Disgusting!!!
