When I explain that the deceased relative was an avid gardener, she knew exactly who he was by name and knew his family. Coincidence...maybe....Small town friendship...yes. But it was clear that she was also connected with her community. Not only did she mess this up by giving the grandchildren both basket's, when we called her someone came over to fix the baskets and brought 4 carnations to try and fill in 2 very large arrangements. The arrangements looked pathetic!! And we told her that it should say Pap Pap. She put a hideous gold thing that said Papa?? Really?? Not good to mess up on a funeral!! Never ever recommend this florist!! On top of this we were charged a ridiculous price for her mess up!! Disgusting!!!
