They didn't; prices stayed inflated, even during their shopping day, which Alexis chalked up to showroom markup. The hvac contractor stole from me on camera and the owner wouldn't even show back up to deliver the vent covers. I had to do a lot of repair work to the framing after repeated attempts to get BFC to fix them. Drywallers never used 1 shim. At the end of it all, they say the customer gets a "gift", nada nothing. Not that it matters but that's how Steve rolls. I think a lot of it was that I know how to do the work and have the tools and it kinda maybe made them feel like not the smartest person in the room, maybe, I don't know just speculation.
