It may be just because we are in the midst of Mafia season that it seems like half the store is chock full of Bills merch. For all the fans, it is a well stocked gift giving haven. And for the rest of us, there's plenty else to see. There's local snacks, novelties and teeny tiny duckies to brighten your day. I got greeted by two associates, so you know that hometown hospitality is their thing. They've recently expanded so that there's some much needed elbow room to step back and appreciate all that Buffalo artists have to offer. Which is apparently a lot.

I would estimate that only about 10% of the inventory was antiques and many of these were bigger items like dressers. I had shopped half of the store when I needed to use the restroom. I asked to use theirs but was told no. I asked again as it was an emergency, and was told I had to go up the street. I spent 1000s of dollars in your store and was told again to go up the street. (I'm almost 80 years old). My friend who also shops there frequently had a similar experience with rude staff and has decided to not shop there anymore. Emma was the staff member I consulted with. I'm disappointed and sad to report I won't be back.
