I received a bouquet of red roses from a friend that came from here and they were beautiful and lasted over a week before they started showing signs of wilt. I stopped into the store on small business Saturday and was shocked by what I found. They have a small area downstairs with items and flowers, but then they have a larger room upstairs with all sorts of decorations, candles and ornaments. They were offering complimentary champagne with berries as well as a non-alcoholic punch, and cookies for shoppers. I found some great ornaments and a beautiful candle holder. I was so glad I checked out the store, I would never have known how much cute stuff they had if I hadn't! I'll definitely be back to shop and will order my flowers from them next time. read more

Beautiful doesn't even describe it. Flowers by Nature did the florals for our wedding and everything was beyond what we could have hoped for. We met with Cheryl to tell her our ideas and she turned them into stunning bouquets and centerpieces. We were planning from another city and had to communicate long distance via the phone, which could be a little difficult at times as it was sometimes hard to coordinate and get in touch. But she was great at guiding us when needed, offered ideas, and made sure everything looked stunning. She and her team also seamlessly set up everything for us at our venue, coordinating with the venue for us so we could relax and focus on the day. I ordered a custom bouquet over the phone for my mom for Mother's Day. The sales associate was so patient and diligent with my request, which wasn't very specific at all (I told her I wanted premium flowers, no daisies or carnations and a few color suggestions). While on the phone, I looked through the website and showed her some greens fillers I liked from some of photos on the site, which she also pulled up while we were on the phone to let me know what they were and if they were available. That was it. My mom Facetimed me today to say thank you and show me the arrangement and it came out beyond gorgeous! Wonderful service and so pleased with the result. After a major mixup with a hospital delivery, the staff helped me get flowers to my relative and were completely fair and professional throughout the whole process! She went in personally to complain that the flowers were not fresh and they said they would send small refund to my card and did not treat her well. Flowers are old and owner is horribly rude. We've used Flowers By Nature on more than one occasion, and each time have been let down. The two large bouquets (one of roses and the other of various flowers) I received last week in sympathy from a family friend arrived with brown spots and began to wilt the day they arrived. When I called, the owner was rude and impossible to talk to - talking over me, raising her voice, and not wanting to end the call. While the flowers aren't good, the owner is the reason I'll never give them business again. read more
