There's always something I really really really need. Of course, I don't, but I tell myself I do because it's so fun to discover stuff. The store is packed with items and the aisles are very small because of it. But that's not a bad thing; it's a good thing. I have to admit; this is the only place like this that I enjoy shopping at. The last time I was here, I found some spray paint for a fraction of what it would cast in Home Depot or Lowes. Who knew I needed spray paint? Even I didn't know until I saw the bargain prices and "had" to have it! My wife doesn't like when I go here because I roam around and look at everything. Why yes, we did need a sushi roller, honey. Who doesn't need one? And guess what? Now we have one! It's a fun place. Go check it out.

Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a rug in-store and was told I had seven days to…read morepick it up. Three days later, I called the store about 45 minutes before arriving to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, I immediately saw the rug I had already purchased sitting in a basket. I mentioned that they had already brought my rug up, but an associate insisted it wasn't mine and called the manager to look for it in the back. While they searched, I showed them a photo of the rug and my receipt. They confirmed my purchase was in the system but still couldn't find it. I even walked to the back of the store to show the manager where the rug had been. By the time I returned to the front, the associate had sold my rug to another customer. The rug had been sold twice--even though I had already paid for it days earlier. The manager told me there was nothing they could do except issue a refund. While I got my money back, that did not make up for the wasted trip, the time I spent, or the frustration of having an item I had already purchased sold to someone else. This situation should never have happened. Better communication and inventory control are clearly needed. I expected much better customer service and would not recommend this store based on my experience.

Hobby Lobby rocks. Compared to Michael's, they are so well organized. Plus, there are always…read moreemployees available to help, and they do it with a smile. The items on sale rotate, so if you need something, say, a picture frame, and they aren't on sale, check again next week if not in a hurry. The clearance stuff is at the back left corner of the store. I like to see what's there because it's always such a variety. The one thing they need to improve is their fabric section. For some reason, it always seems understaffed, and whoever you do find working there seems to be THE person in the store without a smile. And just stubbed their toe. And is hungry. You get the point. That's the reason for a one star deduction. But, we love to shop here and will continue to do so.

Then I asked my account be deleted. Card was still showing as stored by HL on Chase site. I had to get a new credit card. I will not be purchasing from Hobby Lobby again. This one, Bealls Home Centric, is Luke a Ross or Marshall's. I went to the men's section to see what they had. Randomly going through various racks of clothes the seemed to have the familiar mix of not expensive name brands mixed with the "I've never heard of this brand because it's made to sell here" stuff. There were a few things like Michael Kors here and there. I also found a couple Grunt Style goodies. I've never seen these anywhere but their website. I then wandered over to a Christmas decorations area. Here, like the men's clothing, was larger than similar stores. I'm guessing, though, that the totality of the women's clothing selection will be smaller than the competition because of the size of the store Bur, I can't say for sure. The store was bright and clean and well organized. The line was almost non-existent even though there were plenty of people shopping. I'll go back again and bring my wife.

They are all very friendly, helpful, and all around excellent. Prices are a variety....some stuff pricey and some stuff you run across a deal. Usually there is always a sale. They sell plants, trees, bushes, garden flags, shirts, embroidery items, earrings, necklaces, homemade wreaths and bows, ornaments, food items, so much stuff packed in here I know I have missed something. Christmas is the best time to come here, it is so fancy and beautiful. This is must stop here if you are in the area!!! Love this place!!!

The third was (not joking) organizing hangers on racks. Yes, there was a tall rack of hangers, and she was organizing them. There were 9 people in line in front of us. By the time it was our turn to check out, there were 16 people in line. Where I come from, we take care of customers first and deal with housekeeping tasks when things slow down. 2 stars.

I cleared my old dining set out Thursday in anticipation of my Friday delivery. The table came out of the box with scratches long/short light and deep. It was a mess. I contacted Ashley and they told me that it was a vendor that they deal with so they couldn't help but would inform them and gave me a number to call them. My purchase was on the Ashley website using my Ashley credit card, but they couldn't assist me. The day went on and I didn't hear from anyone so I reached back out to Ashley. At this point I'm asked what do I want to do. I asked for a full refund. I was asked if was willing to pay the return cost of the table? No! She said it would be 3-5 days before I hear from someone who will tell me how to return it. So as of now my family has no where to sit and have dinner. Thanks Ashley.
