We needed a few last-minute gifts for some acquaintances, so we came here to look for something…read morekind of generic. We found a jacket and sweater, so mission accomplished. But, when it was time to check out, the unpleasantness began. There were three employees at the front. Two were behind the counter. One was just outside it at the front windows. Of the three, Only one was checking people out. The second seemed to ne going through returns onecat a time. Whatever she was doing, it was painfully slow. The third was (not joking) organizing hangers on racks. Yes, there was a tall rack of hangers, and she was organizing them. There were 9 people in line in front of us. By the time it was our turn to check out, there were 16 people in line. Where I come from, we take care of customers first and deal with housekeeping tasks when things slow down. 2 stars.
