I went inside to simply ask how much a haircut would be for my baby. I walked in and there was no…read morestaff at the front so I waited at the desk with my baby for about 5 minutes, no one came right away so i walked around the store because my baby was getting fussy. After another 5 minutes of slowly walking around I sat down at the little waiting area. It was not they were horribly busy because I looked too see how many customers were there and there was no line up of people. It was not like any of the staff didn't know I was there because when you open the door it rings throughout the store, and my child was fussing the whole time so I wasn't just quietly sitting in the back. While I sat on the chairs one of the staff members looked right at me and there were staff walking back and forth into the back room. after 10 minutes of waiting there not none of the staff said that someone will be with you soon, I left. 2/10 just because they had some nice stuff on display I then posted this on their facebook page, They said absoluty nothing to me again and just went ahead and deleted my post. She cannot communicate well. There were multiple times where she could not understand what I wanted or needed. I asked her to fix the nails damn near 100 times and both the nail and the french tip still came out very uneven and EXTREMELY bulky. The girls were not honest about their ability to do the shape or design I wanted. I came with a friend and she had the same problem with Emily. On top of all that, their spaces are dirty! I watched the girls use multiple tools on both me and others without doing anything to sanitize them. Tools were visibly dirty and the stations were incredibly cluttered and covered in nail dust. I don't think I will ever be going back here and I'm very disappointed with the service. It seems like these nail techs are more interested in money than providing proper services. 70 dollars down the drain.

All the stations were dirty, as in nail dust goo and whatever else that had been split on the table. Tools were dirty (as in visibly dirty) and being without cleaning or sanitizing. Stations were cluttered ... it was really a turn off. I didn't have any cuts or anything and sanitized well after I left but sad. We were there fir almost 2 hours til close, not once did we see anyone clean a station, sweep up or wipe anything down. No tools were being sanitized, just nothing. The ladies did a nice job and very kind. But management really need to do better on cleaning. Several health code issues here. My friend and I had a great time though. But she's the best so why wouldn't we lol!
