I'd give them 0 out of 5 stars if I could. My elderly grandparents were charged $4k+ for new windows that were not installed competently. The front window came in the wrong size, so they had some sort of clear covering for over 2 weeks. They were promised that the window would be ready very soon & install date determined that was a lie. The windows were supposed to have black trim, but the paint is chipped badly on the majority of the windows. The white frame shows through & it's only been 1 day. The caulking looks like my 3 year old did it. There is broken glass all around the house & they also left a razor blade on the ledge of the window by the front door that my toddler almost grabbed.
