Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in their care for my 2 year old. He would be brought to me with a poopy diaper, dried snot on his face, extremely hungry and thirsty. They were documenting that he was eating 100% of his meals and snacks but he came home famished. They then admitted that they just mark in the computer that all the kids are 100% of their meals. They were going through 35 diapers a week and he was only there 35 hours a week. I started sending 4 diapers a day, then suddenly the same 4 diapers would come home in his bag each day. One time he came home with diapers that were not our brand. The turnover was unacceptable. They were on their 4th director in 1.5 years. The teachers came and went weekly. I never even met my son's teachers. If you wanted to talk to the teacher, you had to make an appointment and then they'd see if they could get classroom coverage for a 5 minute meeting. There was absolutely no communication with the teachers. Any communication was 3rd party through the director. When we started there we were on the 4th page of the sign in log. 3 months later, when we left we were on the 1st page. A lot of families came and went. Owner was not available as he said he would be.

PARENTS BEWARE:…read more Feeding our baby breast milk from a stranger's mother was the final straw. But this was preceded by an instance of walking in on one of the caretakers shaking a crib a little too vigorously for comfort (all the while saying "GO TO SLEEP, GO TO SLEEP...."), and two months later my wife saw an open notebook where the teachers communicate during shift change where she read "fu*#! This MotherF@#$ing place see you all in hell tomorrow..." Given that the well-being of our children are in these people's care while we're off working each day, I'd expect that kind of behavior would result in an immediate firing. But despite our reports, not an apparent slap on the wrist resulted. Our infant was diagnosed with repeat cases of RSV (3 times) and ear infections several times. We feel this has a lot to to with a somewhat apathetic enforcement of their rules for sending sick children home and a generally unsanitary environment overall. This was all a shame, because there were some teachers that we really liked, but we just couldn't wait for another incident. The new daycare that we found was a bit more of a drive, but it's like night and day: When you walk into Young Scholars Academy, it's immediately like day/night from Little Sprouts. Everything is clean, it smells nice, each classroom has a structured curriculum posted with lessons in history, science, etc.. And mostly you can just tell that the vast amount of money you pay goes back onto making the daycare a much better place. At Little Sprouts, it's become very apparent that the money you pay goes into the bank account of a single person who exists behind the curtains. They don't even fill their hand sanitizers, bathrooms have been found to be missing either soap or paper towels (my personal pet peeve). 2 stars out of sympathy mostly, for the few good teachers that have to endure working at this place.

After touring many childcare facilities we finally decided upon Little Sprouts for our newborn. We…read moreare both teachers and love this school. The main pull for us was the organic meals and environmentally friendly approach that Little Sprouts implements. They also have a really nice outdoor play area and animals for the kids!!! The head staff, Sara and Tesa, are amazing individuals. Very caring and always there for you & your kids needs. Another neat thing is that they accept cloth diapers, which very few places will do. They've done a great job with getting my 10 month old into a sleep/nap schedule! This made this momma very happy. Also, the place is wonderfully clean. Everything gets deep cleaned each evening. I'm slightly OCD with cleanliness and I have no problem sitting on the floor and playing with my little one.

Hello, I just came out here to say this location is horrible to visit. The staff are very…read moreunprofessional and rude. Every time I call to ask a question, they avoid answering and hang up. For example, I asked, "Can I bring my lacrosse stick in and use it on the treadmill. All I would be doing is holding it in my hand and running with it. The lady on the phone, in a rude voice, said, "No, bye," and hung up on me. Before, I could speak. Every time I go to this location, when I walk in, they do not even acknowledge me. Even though they are not doing anything, I say, "Hi, how are you?" and they do not respond. They stare at me when I leave, and when I say thank you and have a good one again, they just stare and do not respond. Furthermore, when I am in the gym, 95% of the time there is no staff down there. Even when there is, they sit on their phones, and they look down. They do not even walk around. They sit there on their phone, do not acknowledge you, and when you go to ask them a question, they stare at their phone and then say they do not know. On top of that, I am paying a ridiculous amount of money to go there each month. It is wild how much they charge you since no one goes there anymore. A lot of their equipment is outdated. It is also very dirty and not very clean. Personally, the staff there is very rude. They do not really take you seriously; they look at their phones, do not respond, and show a lack of human decency. Personally, next summer, when I am back, I will not be coming back here. I am very disappointed because I am paying a lot of money to get disrespected. I can see why a lot of people are not at this location when I go there: the staff is ignorant. When I was younger, the YMCA used to be a fun, happy place. The staff were nice and would greet you. Now, when I walk in, they sit on their phones, do not answer my questions, and have an attitude. I am highly disappointed in how the YMCA has changed over the years. Comming back to the YMCA I thought it would be still very lively and be a great place, but it has gotten sad depressing and it is dirty and not clean. I advise you to choose a cheaper gym so you do not have to pay these high rates, and maybe the staff there will treat you better than any YMCA in Colorado. Thank you!!
