I trust them because I know they genuinely care about each child and show love to them while developing and teaching at the same time. The facility itself is super clean, and I have been to two daycares/schools in Westfield, and this is by far the cleanest and most sanitary of them all. The children are all wonderful, it's a safe environment, and they even have a great outdoor playground for children of all ages. I've cancelled the family plan because I couldn't justify it anymore but I'm forced to keep memberships for my kids due to aftercare. First, the actual gym is incredibly small and lacking free weights. If cardio is your thIng, you're in luck but this is NOT the place to come to lift. Secondly, and this is what drives me insane, my kids go to aftercare (which is actually very good) at their school. In order to go to aftercare, they are REQUIRED to have youth memberships. So we pay $33 per kid, each month, PLUS the aftercare fees. But their "memberships" don't give them access to the pool or gym UNLESS they pay an additional class fee. It's just a "membership" in theory so that they can charge us more for aftercare. Their memberships used to give access but someone figured that was too accommodating and made too much sense so they stopped it.

He had to wear a cast on his leg and belly for two months, he couldn't walk, he couldn't sleep well, he got extremely constipated due to lack of movement and one leg is now shorter than the other one. Security: First and foremost, I want me kids to be safe. There are double-doors in front, each with its own lock, and someone at the front desk. There are cameras everywhere, so there is accountability at all times when it comes to my kids (this has never been an issue with the staff, but more if my kid trips and falls, footage can be reviewed to verify what happened and reported to me). 2. Care: The staff is simply wonderful. They genuinely care for the children and get to know them on a personal level. There are many long-tenured caregivers, which speaks to it being a good place to work, which shows in the engagement with the children. To a person, everyone has been so great with my kids, I couldn't ask for more friendly, compassionate and dedicated people to spend so much time with my kids. 3. Development: While they follow a sound curriculum, they really meet my kids where they are. I have worked collaboratively with their teachers on milestones that were different timing for my kids vs. others (potty training, social skills, etc.) and they are great partners in harnessing my children's strengths and helping them achieve their development goals. 4. Reliability: They are well-staffed and very well run, so there has never been an issue with not being able to provide care. Even with inclement weather, they have only been closed when it was truly warranted. 5. Peace of mind: I simply don't worry about my children when they are at Cradles to Crayons, because I know that they are in good hands.
