Our tour was very brief and I was not introduced to the teachers or told much about the daily schedules. Still, I was in a rush to find childcare for my son, so I asked them about his egg allergy. He is allergic to eggs, it's a medical condition and I can provide proof of this. Well, here's where things went awry. The woman got squeamish and was like "ohhh, I don't know what we would do then, I'm not sure how we could help him". I examined the menu and only 2 or 3 things in their entire breakfast/lunch/snack list had egg products to begin with, I asked if he could get something from another day on those days. She said sometimes they don't actually serve what is on that list "because they might not send that." Ok, I then suggested I send him with labeled foods from home like yogurt pouches... something so benign nobody is allergic. "Oh no we don't allow outside foods." So my only option is my child starves those days? Is he really the only child you've ever come across with an allergy? You don't have a procedure for this? She told me the outside food policy, ironically, was to protect allergic children. I proposed that I would submit a list of his potential foods to them in advance, and never stray from that. She was hearing none of it. Just kept repeating "no outside foods" like a robot. We left it at she would investigate and call me. She did not. I called her though. I called several times over the next 3 weeks and no callback or response. When I finally caught her on the line, she told me they could not accommodate my son's egg allergy. I said "so you are declining to offer him enrollment on the basis of his medical condition?" "Uh no umm.. no no no". She backtracked and after some back and forth, said she "misunderstood" and asked me to send her the foods I proposed I bring in, so she could show the director. My son is a sweet little toddler who loves everybodyHe just can't eat eggs. If AsheBridge won't just NOT feed him eggs, that's obviously not the place for him anyway. For what it's worth, he's now at another nearby private school and the convo was as simple as "he's allergic to eggs" "oh no problem! We will feed him something else when there's eggs on the menu!". UPDATE: The response from the owner to my review is a blatant lie. I was never afforded the opportunity to bring my son labeled, store bought foods for lunch, and NEVER suggested that I bring him homemade foods. I was told "due to the fact that we are a private school, we can make choices like no outside foods to protect our community of children". No outside foods, and no alternatives from their own menu meant my son would not be able to be accommodated, I asked repeatedly for clarification and ultimately was told yes, that is true. Only after I threatened to write this review, was this recanted. It was truly sad because my son deserved the opportunity to be treated equally.

Becky and Brian (owner) are the faces of this establishment that draw in and retain families. The director, Michele (not to be confused as the owner) made our experience as parents a frustrating one, to say the least. My interactions with Michele were non-existent at best, traumatizing at its worst. My child spent over a year there. They were happy, they enjoyed being there and had great experiences with the teachers and assistance in their classroom; teachers acknowledged my child as bright, sweet and with great manners. In the few times where we as parents had to interact with staff, our approach was again, with great manners and respect. Issues arose particularly with having to communicate with Michele. Based on interactions, I would categorize the director's communication skills as tacky and unprofessional; her behavior as poor and without reproach. Most communication was through email and there were a few face-to-face, all informal. In one instance, I requested a meeting to discuss policies as they related to actions taken against us that appeared targeted and outside of any written policy. Michele refused to speak with us openly and informally, stating that she would "not be meeting" with us. The owner (graciously) took the meeting instead and we a productive dialougue. Then a HUGE and serious decision was made regarding my child - with no *formal* meeting to discuss the situation, followed by an outright refusal to provide *valid* supporting documentation. A formal meeting was requested and for a 2nd time, Michele refused, stating that "there is no benefit that can come from a meeting" and canceled the formal meeting that she had previously requested and agreed upon. Our time at Kiddie Academy Fuquay concluded when we were blindsided by a "last day" date, not by our choice. Not considering management, Kiddie Academy Fuquay was a decent place for us and we would have remained until school age, given we could eliminate any direct interactions with Michele, who was given full authority to continue to mismanage and misdirect our patronage. In your decision making process, take note of how management has responsed to negative reviews on Google: gaslighting, deflection, redirecting blame instead of accepting responsibility. If you are considering this location, consider with caution. An establishment is only as great as its leadership.

As a mom, it honestly broke my heart a little. I even asked the teachers to encourage her to get involved more, but she still seemed distant from her peers. But thankfully, everything changed as soon as she started at Magnolia Montessori. Her confidence grew so much. She became more comfortable talking with people, and she started making friends easily. The care and support they provide are truly priceless to our family. I truly cannot thank Miss Marie, Miss Shelly, and all the teachers enough for the love, patience, and support they gave my daughter. I'm beyond grateful for the positive impact they've had on her growth and happiness.

The curriculum has been outstanding and our daughter frequently comes home talking about what she learned that day. From lessons in sharing, English, math, and simply being a citizen of the world Magnolia has done a great job. Their facility is full of fun and educational materials. Every inch is meaningful utilized to spark learning and play. The team is top notch and has made our child feel seen, loved, and nurtured. We consider Ms. Marie and MS. Shelley to be superb educators and people we trust our daughter with. They are thoughtful, helpful, and kind. We visited several preschool options in Holly Springs and I can say we made a great choice. If you're interested in an excellent Montessori program in Holly Springs check them out!

When we toured facilities a few years back, that was the first thing I noticed and it has not stopped impressing me since. I cannot imagine the amount of cleaning they have to do to keep up with so many kiddos. The food they serve is nutritious and good options. My child is a very good eater in general, but would be good for picky eaters too. The program is amazing- my daughter is 5 and knows a ton of words in Spanish as well as coming into her own with math and english skills. The teachers are incredibly warm and caring and I know that she is so loved when she is there. Additionally, it is actually secular- no prayers before meals which is a nice for people who may not be sure which path they plan to send their children on from a religious perspective. They are very respectful of parents views, and have a wonderful app to allow parents to follow along with the curriculum. I see the comment below about the runny nose thing- I have a kid with allergies and this has not proven to be a problem for us as she wipes her own nose- perhaps it just needs to be discussed better? Their covid protocols have been fantastic and not a single case in the school throughout the pandemic. I look forward to enrolling our second child in year and change when he is ready! Tuition is standard for the area, and you for sure get what you pay for!

Even with a doctor note stating that they still would not allow my son to return. He has no fever or cough. It's just a runny nose due to allergies. But they still expect you to pay the high tuition. If I'm paying for childcare but they won't take my son then I have no child care. I can't go to work because I have to watch my toddler. How can They expect you to pay the tuition? I feel many parents are going to face challenges with these new policies. Science Studies have shown that children are not affected like adults are with COVID. We're going into the fall which is cold season and I don't think I'm going to be the only parent who pulls their child out of this program since you will be paying for childcare but really not having any at all. Again, this school is great but I need dependability for my childcare. Not wanting to take a child because they have a runny nose is a bit ridiculous. My son doesn't have Covid. He's an active toddler who has allergies that cause his nose to run. Really unhappy that the director of this daycare couldn't work with me on finding a solution that would have kept my son in.
