We love it here and would recommend them to anyone! The staff is really accommodating and has been really easy to work with. They do have some teacher turnover, but unfortunately that happens at every single daycare. When it does happen, it's been communicated to us and a replacement is there almost immediately. I feel very comfortable leaving our little girl there. She really enjoys it and is starting to really bond with her teachers. I've never doubted the level of care or compassion each of the teachers has displayed. They've helped me along as a first time mom on what sorts of things to bring in and when. They don't bat an eye when I've asked silly questions or when we have forgotten spare clothes for the second day. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them.

He loves to go outdoors in the natural play area. Recently, he showed off his ability to add "really big numbers" and how he's now sounding out words. CMC lives up to everything Montessori should be--hands on, self-guided, and collaborative. The classroom is beautifully laid out so the kids can move around, preparing snack or doing a big "work" on a rug. I would highly recommend CMC for anyone interested in full day child care and who believes in the beauty of a Montessori education.

The teacher never noticed until a code was called and the Director raced outside to grab my son. Full review below. My son had been going to this Primrose location for a little over a year. A couple weeks ago, my son's class was outside in the play yard with their teacher. My son, and another little one, pushed open the gate leading from the play yard to the parking lot without the teacher noticing. This gate was supposed to be locked, but was not. My son walked out of the play yard, across the parking lot, and into the retention pond, without his teacher noticing. The only reason why a code was called was because a teacher in another classroom happened to look out their classroom window and see my son walking into the pond. My son might not be here today if the teacher hadn't looked out their window. While the Director acted quickly to pull my son out of the pond, this major lapse in security should have never occurred. The daycare critically failed to complete security checks to ensure all gates were locked. My child could have died because they failed to complete security checks. I, obviously, pulled my son out of Primrose School at Pinnacle. I could never trust them to take the necessary measures needed to ensure my child's, or any of the other children's who attend this daycare, safety. I understand that the executive staff are taking responsibility for what happened, cooperating with the investigation, and taking steps to mitigate the risk of this happening again, but this should have never happened. My son loved his teachers and going to this school. This entire incident is heartbreaking for me and his dad.

What I like about Primrose is how well they communicate with parents. I get about 2-3 emails per week that keep me up to date on what I need to remember to bring, special events and any changes that happen. What's more is their attention to keeping parents involved in the experiences their children get to have. The staff even takes time to send me pictures a few times a month. For instance, this week, I received a set of pictures of him holding a baby Alligator this week when they had some folks from the wild life center come into class. I'm online almost all day long for what I do. I enjoy reading Dr. Z's blog and enjoy tweeting out the lists of children's books. Their usually good fodder for weekend trips to the library. One suggestion I would make for Primrose in general here is to make each location have their own unique Facebook pages so that parents at the school could connect with each other as well. It would be nice to have an online hub where parents could talk and coordinate play dates, birthday parties, etc. Primrose has excellent and accredited programs and curriculum. I really feel like the Pinnacle location pays special diligence to making sure that the programs implemented as seamlessly as possible. In the summer, Pinnacle even goes as far to have weekly special events like "Water Day" "Bounce House Day" and a few others. My son really looks forward to these days. Finally, I want to say that the teachers and really the entire staff at Pinnacle are absolutely top notch. This is a collection of friendly people who really get how kids learn. They also respect and understand the importance of keep parents involved in that process. Primrose at Pinnacle an excellent school and my son loves it!

When we created our guest list, we quickly realized that almost every couple on our list had at least ONE kid under the age of 3. Yikes!!!! Mobile Mommies to the rescue!! Jeanette was very quick to respond to my last minute inquiry. I had never used a sitter service for our parties in the past since this Whole kid thing is new to our young circle of friends. The day of the party, Jeanette and her colleague arrived right on time. They brought all of the supplies for the kids to play with along with sign up sheets for our friends to sign when dropping their kids off in our basement. The parents had great peace of mind and enjoyed the party, knowing that their little ones were nearby and under great care!!! I highly recommend Mobile Mommies for any party you're hosting with lots of children. The kids have more fun playing with each other and so do the parents :) I could also see how this service would be perfect for weddings, graduation parties, etc!! I had my son under the MM care for about 7-9 hours a day from Thursday through Sunday, it was convenienet because they came to the event, it was a no brainer! I was able to sneak in to check on him, and he was either napping or having a blast with all the toys and friendly company he had. I appreciated the staff and their Motherly love towards my Child. It was actually my first time having my son in Daycare, so because he was in great hands I feel a little more comfortable considering Daycare in our future. i would of rated this daycare almost 5 stars, not anymore. They don't have cameras and I have seen…read morea teacher be very aggressive with kids. They will write an incident report about your kid and your kid will have marks somewhere else other than what the report said and when you tell the director and assistant director they will say they will figure out what happened and never get back to you. They claim they are too short staff to WATCH your kid, even though that's what their job is, to watch your kid. I'm very disappointed to how my kid has been treated recently at this daycare and he has been there since he was 6 weeks old. I would look else where for someone to watch your kids unless they're school age or can talk really good and tell you if anything happens.

I went in to pick up my grandson and check out the building. No one asked for ID. I said who I was and was allowed to take my grandson with no other information. I was very unhappy with how dirty the floors are in this facility. Also when I went in, it was 83 degrees. I asked about the air conditioning and pointed out how terribly hot it was in there. I was told the air conditioning had been turned up and maybe they needed to call for maintenance. I am so unhappy I am sick! My grandchildren's other Kindercare was very safe and I was comfortable leaving them there!
