The last time we changed the appointment, I said "are you sure this time works for her" and she replied "yes, I confirmed with her". After filling out her intake form, on the day of appointment, no call. I call in, and Rinky Parwani answered and while apologetic offered a bunch of excuses and says that she doesn't usually take appointments during that time.
