Going through bankruptcy is already one of the most stressful experiences a person can face. During a time like this, having a law firm that communicates clearly, responds promptly, and keeps you informed is incredibly important. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Their phone system is frustrating and difficult to navigate, making it unnecessarily hard to reach someone or get answers to important questions. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and it often feels like you're left wondering what is happening with your case. What made matters even worse was when the attorney handling my case was no longer with the firm. Instead of making the transition smooth and keeping me informed, I felt like the ball was dropped yet again. There was very little communication about who would be handling my case moving forward or what the next steps would be. During such an important legal process, that level of uncertainty is unacceptable. To add to my frustration, during one of my last conversations with the office, I was told that I would be receiving a refund for the inconvenience after the representative spoke with the office manager. That refund never arrived, and I never received any follow-up communication regarding it. It was another example of promises being made without any follow-through. When people hire a bankruptcy law firm, they are trusting that firm to guide them through one of the most difficult financial situations of their lives. Clear communication, accountability, and professionalism should be standard. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope the firm takes meaningful steps to improve its communication, phone system, and client service so that future clients do not have to experience the same frustration.

The last time we changed the appointment, I said "are you sure this time works for her" and she replied "yes, I confirmed with her". After filling out her intake form, on the day of appointment, no call. I call in, and Rinky Parwani answered and while apologetic offered a bunch of excuses and says that she doesn't usually take appointments during that time. They advised the best I could get in court would be supervised visitations which we both agreed it is damaging to a child for both confusion and embarrassment for a child , then he wanted to try to keep me as a potential client so he tried to play around with other ways to hope he could get some money out of me offering other ways he could screw with the child even some more psychologically by playing around with the potential in many years of doing the whole full shared parenting which again he agreed playing the out-of-state game with the mother obviously running and hiding some more with more parental alienation which The Firm does not understand properly is detrimental to the health of the child . It got so bad that we talked about the termination of my parental rights to be another option because the firm can't find an honest way to support the actual child instead of them just making money . This firm really only cares about dollars and not at all about the interest of the child and they should be shut down for that purpose which obviously so should the courts as well .
