Really only bought Powerades and lemonade. Didn't have food. The fellow golfers were friendly as hell and the course bathroom on hole 4 (maybe 5) was actually quite nice. I'd happily golf here again but wow the man who greeted us and was our cashier was an asshole. My Dad, who might be one of the most patient and calm men on the plant, was offended/angry. Almost makes us want to never come back. Make a tee time. Avoid the shitty older guy. Bring extra balls. My husband lost 12. (Not even kidding. Phoenix is by far the best golf metro in the United States in my opinion so I knew things weren't going to be the same, but this course was a breath of fresh air. Not only is the course well maintained it has some excellent views of the Black Hills. A major component I look at when judging a golf course in how well the greens are maintained and these greens are in excellent condition-extremely hard (as in difficult) but great. Have talked to several members that concur that this is the best course in town-would recommend to anyone looking to play a challenging and beautiful course.
