I stopped by one day and was instantly fitted also had to purchase Brooks Shoes . I said I was an ex runner and hated Brooks. I went back about 5 times explaining they are killing my feet . Not to worry I was told that they had 800 different inserts in the back . They are not podiatrist! They are franchise owners and charge around 1300 $ I was never ask about insurance. I finally went to a Foot Dr who assigned me for PT . I asked how many people have come here from Good Feet , answer many. DO NOT GO thier and I was never offered my money back . Don't waste your money here. Terms are terrible so they are clearly not confident in their product. I was health shamed into buying. They used the term "When you are serious about your health come back." I should have left then but gave them a huge amount of money and only got half-back after just a couple of weeks. Their product made both of my feet and hip hurt. Their radio commercial communicates immediate relief but that is not what they tell you once you get in. Beware. read more

I had left my dr shills insoles at home and by the third day of our weeklong conference my feet were on fire. What I have found is the arch supports Good Feet offers are life changing. Seriously. I never realized how out of balance I really was until I started wearing these arch supports. I have found my hips haven't felt this great since I was in college. My back too. I haven't had to ask my wife to crack my back which was a nightly aggravation for her and my posture is night and day better. I feel taller and my confidence is increased, which helps me in my sales job. I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop and the couple who own it. I developed plantar fasciitis several years ago and was in so much pain I couldn't walk. I noticed the shop numerous times on my trips to Natural Grocer and decided to make a trip there to see if they could help me. The owners took measurements of my feet and produced the insoles, putting the appropriate insole in my shoes to address the plantar fasciitis. She told me to walk down to Natural Grocer and see how they feel. From the first step I took with the insoles, I experienced ZERO pain. It was amazing. I purchased the set of three inserts that progress from thinner inserts that can be worn with dress shoes or flats to the "exercisers" which I wore to address the plantar fasciitis. I continue to use the inserts to this day, and they have been a life saver. I had terrible problems with my feet as a child and had to wear orthopedic shoes until I was in the 7th grade that and ballet is the only thing that saved me from major surgery. I only wish this technology had been around when I was a child. WONDERFUL products, and a lovely couple who are passionate about the services they provide. This place is a joke. The price of them is totally outrageous, over $1000 for arch supports that did not work for me. Still having to pay over $500 for something I returned. They are not willing to help you out with refunds. I have been told multiple times they are willing to take the loss to get me my money back for something that did not work for me. Haven't received that refund yet! It's a scam and you get ripped off if they don't work for you. They are extremely uncomfortable, and $500 is a lot of money to be paying for something I don't even own or have in my possession. Don't waste your time or money on these. A $12 pair of Dr. Scholl's inserts are better than these! read more
