I've had fit issues, so I made an appointment for the next day. Natasha, the owner and super cool lady, spent 45 MINUTES with my bra fitting, and finally found one that fits me like a glove -- FIRST TIME IN OVER 10 YEARS!!! The lie was that customers have no other choice but to enroll into AT&Ts insurance program (an extra ~$15 a month on your bill) if you purchase a phone in-store. I knew this was a lie so I asked her to say it again, just to be sure. She doubled down. I continued the transaction and called AT&T customer support immediately after leaving. The corporate agent I spoke to told me that it isn't true and that there is zero possibility that this is a store policy. Now I have to waste another couple hours returning the phone and closing my brand new, fresh account. Arvilla has to lose all of her commission because she just had to stretch it a little further. Very unfortunate for all parties involved, liar and customer both.
