He tried to talk me out of the one l wanted saying it was no good.When l went in, the next day, one guy said it was sold out and tried to talk me into a more expensive option. As l was walking out another assistant told me it wasn't sold out. A few weeks later l couldn't get the canister off the vacuum, it was stuck and the manager told me it wasn't his problem as it would cost them $7 to courier it to the manifacturer and argued the point with me. Every interaction l had with them was unpleasant and unhelpful. Will never go to that particular store again.

Best Price Guarantee? Rubbish!…read more Asked if they do price matching, salesperson said yes. Showed them a competitors price and they said no. They had to be stock at a local store and all this other rubbish, the store in that area was out but there were some available in a neighbouring suburb, and I had one on hold there. They said that it's not part of policy and the "Best price guarantee" was up to their discretion, even though I was on my phone reading it. According to policy, if it's in stock, exactly the same product and I have proof, they should have matched it. They repeatedly said no. So they've lost me as a customer. Rubbish customer service too. Went down the road to The Good Guys, they were very friendly, and after having a look online, they price matched it, I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Their customer service was fantastic. Go down the road to them instead.
