This was a first time glass class for all of us. After the common safety recommendations, Justin did an amazing job showing us basic techniques (suitable for our novice level). He helped us shape our designs when asked. This was a very hands-on, creative playing experience! Recommendations: -Wear work clothes and sneakers (it gets hot!). -Bring a drink and empty your tank (bathroom on site). You'll be at our station standing for quite some time. -Come with an idea of what you want to make. -Have an open mind and as Justin says, let your adult self go. Just play. -Be ready for a satisfying and simultaneously aggravating process. -Bring your sense of humor! -Your glass creations will take at least 24 hours to cool down in the kiln.
