Savannah is super friendly and completely puts you at ease. The room I lit dimly for a very calm and relaxing vibe. Smells heavenly in there and I loved the colorful lights swirling on the ceiling. But I would get self conscious about the redness since I wasn't covering it with foundation. This serum has dramatically reduced the redness and agitation in my cheeks. I honestly can't remember the last time my skin was this smooth and acne free for this long. Roxanne is super friendly, very thorough and clearly knows her stuff. She examined my face, asked me a bunch of questions about my current routine, and then determined the best treatments for me. She also answered all of my random skin care questions and gave me some good advice on products/treatments that are worth it or are unnecessary.
