The space is spic and spin clean. I love that. She has candles and soothing mood music on. What a Zen setting. Brittnnee is a joyful and sweet provider who listens to your concerns and customizes your treatment accordingly. She has this neat ultrasonic thingy that removes blackheads and buildup without the pain of that torture tool other esthetician use. Hallelujah for that. I was worried about the extraction part but that was a breeze. Sadly I put myself on a back burner and rarely get pampered. This was such a great. 5 stars all the way. I will be back. Brittnnee is such a personable esthetician! My first experience at her shop was professional and she had me fill out a form to determine my skincare routine, skin type and skin goals. It was awesome because I was able to ask her skin specific questions and she helped determine what regime would work best to achieve those goals. I have never had a facial before today, and my experience with Brittnnee was everything I hoped it would be and more. First, her room is super clean and well decorated. The vibe is very cute and inviting. She welcomed me, had me fill out a form regarding what skincare I use/allergies and what not. After that she gave me this super comfortable strapless robe to put on and then get comfortable on the table. What stood out most to me is that Brittnnee told me some people talk during their appointment and others don't talk at all. I have had massages where my masseuse literally talked the entire hour and it was the total opposite of what I wanted. So the fact that Brittnnee started my facial by letting me know that whatever I preferred was ok, INSTANTLY made me feel relaxed and at ease. I think with something as intimate as getting a facial can be, that really creates an atmosphere of trust and professionalism that is often overlooked. As for the actual facial, it was truly heavenly. All of the products Brittnnee used on me smelled so divine and transported me to a place of deep relaxation. She has a very gentle sense of touch, and you can tell that she knows what she is doing. She cleansed my skin, used masks on me, and moisturized my skin. Also, my favorite part was the pore extractions! She used a tool that wasn't painful at all, and afterwards my nose felt like 10 pounds lighter! Lol. Another part that I LOVED was the cooling metal rollers she used around my eyes and on my face. It felt sooo amazing and refreshing.
