We looked at the clock on the wall and it read that we still had 20 minutes left. It's an analog clock and not digital. The staff did not realize that the clock was slow until we pointed it out. Disappointing considering an escape room is a race against the clock to solve puzzles.

But I think the coolest part that we personally loved was all of the opportunities to buy from local artisans. The first thing was the coffee itself, it was not amazing and as someone who often orders the same thing everywhere to judge the coffee itself - I wished for something better; it tasted like tobacco. Because I didn't enjoy the first drink I got, I went back to give it a second chance and wanted to order something else and I was appalled to find out that the person taking my order did not know what a pour over was. I then asked for an cortado and got what they thought a cortado was but was wrong and the coffee still tasted like tobacco. I hoped for something better but the latte drinkers with me said they'd drink it again. On a lighter note, the inside was large and spacious and the workers were kind!

But the gentleman calling bingo gets progressively drunk throughout the evening. He begins shouting sexual innuendos into the microphone as if it was entertaining to the crowd of mostly middle age and senior customers. There is a group of VERY DRUNK customers who seem amused by his drunk rantings,.... But it is very offensive to those older age people who come there for an enjoyable evening. We heard several people say that they will never come back after witnessing his last episode of repulsive drunkenness and continual foul language throufhout the night. We personally invited eight other people to attend, and they were all appalled at his brazen attitude, foul language, and sexual innuendos. This place is a proverbial "dive" , and I DO NOT recommend this establishment to anyone who expects decency and restraint

We hosted my son's 6th birthday party today at All Fun & Games. They have moved their location,…read moreslightly, from a basement in the Alpine Village Center to the former Alpine Casino space (1116 16th St W). It is PHENOMENAL!!! There are now 2 floors of nothing but FUN...and GAMES (see what I did there?). Seriously, though, we all had an amazing time. We arrived 15 minutes before the start of our party and had plenty of time to set up before our guests arrived--Kameron and Sydney were so helpful and even brought stuff in from my car! We went over a timeline for play, food, cake, and presents and determined when the magic show (a MUST, see below) would happen. This is one of my favorite aspects of this venue. They know their stuff and so when Sydney asked me how I wanted to organize our time and I froze and had no idea, she told me what usually worked best and we did that. I didn't even have to use my brain. It was wonderful! We brought our own food in, per the birthday boy's request for mac and cheese, but we wouldn't have had to do that. We could have gone through them and gotten pizza or had popcorn or a great ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins. Either way works so well, though. They managed all the clean-up and had I forgotten something (candles, cake knife, etc.) they have everything right there. I feel like this next part needs a separate review because it is SO GREAT and I don't want it to get lost in all the other greatness that I've discussed. The MAGIC SHOW. Kameron never disappoints. We have seen this show multiple times now and it never gets old. He is always hysterical and the tricks are always fantastic and entertaining. The kids were in stitches the entire time and the adults all commented on how much fun it was to watch. And...who doesn't enjoy a show in which someone plays with FIRE!?!! This venue is such a great addition to our little community! The value is excellent--I definitely got more for my money than I have at any other party venue in town. There is something for everyone--from little ones to adults, which makes it the ideal party place for any celebration. I only wished I had used them to their full potential--they offer so much more than I have mentioned here. For our next party, I will be sure to sit down with Kameron and Sydney and add on all the extras. So, to recap, call Kameron and Sydney for your next party. Just do it.
