Overpriced carts and staff isn't very motivated. Prices arnt posted in store so when I kept asking to compare products they seemed annoyed and not helpful really at all. I could go down the street for better prices on weed and a better staff experience. read more

I'm not sure what or where the Grass Hut I was, but I w very happy with the service and product received from the Grass Hut II! The gentleman who was there was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also, I don't know if it's unique to his shop (this was my first time buying marijuana in a VERY long time) or if it is common to Oregon, but his prices were shockingly affordable. This will be my go-to location from now on. read more

The best dispensary in Keizer. I've been to quite a few all over Keizer and the budtenders here are the most knowledgeable and friendly. There's always a sale of some sort happening and the owner always get the good products. He takes care in selling quality items for a really good price. I always end up back at the Grass Hut read more

I used to go here but the sales clerk recently denied a friend of mine due to personal problems between them. She could of handled the situation in a professional way . I tried calling the owner several times but never got a reply back -unsure if he received my messages -- II won't be taking my business there .. maybe some sensitivity / diversity training for sales ? I use grass hut for all my recreational use. They are wonderful people. They're all knowledgeable and always give you tips on paraphernalia and product. The woman is so cool. She knows alot and really wants you to be happy with your purchase. They're both like that. And a couple you could just sit and shoot the breeze together. Down to earth good honest people. I loved this place until I encountered "Selena Ludwig", who apparently answers the phone and works the counter at the Keizer OR location. What an asshole. I see no reason to be rude to consumers. This chick was so rude and disrespectful. I would expect that OBC would not tolerate an employee of theirs telling customers that they can essentially F off and go elsewhere. This employee literally said these exact words to me..."If you don't want to shop with us, we don't care." I actually did want to shop with them! I was literally talking to her about a product that I used to get from them weekly that they have been out of now forever, in spite of repeated requests for the product. This chick got super pissy with me about it and I'm not sure why she felt so invested that she needed to hang up on me. One would hope, with so many dispensaries on LITERALLY EVERY STREET CORNER to choose from, that customer service/kindness would be a priority in order to stand above the bazillions of other dispensaries in our community. I choose elsewhere. After this terrible experience I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME WITH OREGON BUD COMPANY.
