Haven't gotten any food here other than the GreenLight Juice but my goodness it is DELICIOUS . The flavor is so strong and the taste of celery and kale and is amazing , Would definitely recommend if you're looking to switch from coffee to something an little healthier like me . I almost never write reviews but my excellent experience at Green Light warrants a review! I came by with my baby on a hot day last week. Instantly the employees at Green Light made me feel welcome. My smoothie was fantastic and refreshing and I sat inside and enjoyed my smoothie and fed the baby. It was so great to see the employees greet many of their regular customers by name. First time customer. The service was phenomenal and worthy of 5 stars. They were so friendly and accommodating. I got the protein smoothie, which is not on the menu. I asked if they had one. I wanted something low-carb. Unfortunately, it was super sweet, which was unexpected. I should have asked if there was going to be sugar in it. If it weren't for the excessive sweetness, it would have been great. The prices were fair - comparable to other smoothie places. There's a parking lot, so parking shouldn't be an issue. Overall: nice local business with healthy lunch and snack options. quality smoothies and good service. I have gotten a couple of things over the past couple of months. My mom loves the overnight oats and the smoothies. I have had the mango smoothie which was good if you like mango. I like tuna and I wouldn't call the chickpea wrap a substitute for tuna but it was a good wrap with a fair balance of filling to wrap to greens. I am glad they have decided to go with post-consumer plastic which makes me wanna choose here over other places that use lots of plastic. The staff is friendly and will help you customize your drink. They have a selection of grab-and-go meals and snacks as well which look nice. They are not open on weekends though. read more

Terrific local juice bar with delicious juices and smoothies. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It can get pricey if you love fresh, organic juices as much as I do...there is a cost to higher quality fruits and vegetables and I respect that. However, I did recently purchase my own juicer and also have a Vitamix and this means that lately I am going less frequently to The Green Light because I am doing my own thing at home. That said, I am still out and about in town often enough and craving a quick juice or smoothie pick-me-up so I stop in. You're always made to feel like a welcome friend when you walk through the door. I remain thrilled to have this kind of healthy business in town. On the South Shore in general, there are far too few restaurants and shops that put a premium on high quality, organic and healthy food and drink options. Frankly, I want to see more of them. In in order for more like-minded places to crop up, this business must succeed. Success breeds competition and that's a good thing. If you haven't been, get yourself to The Green Light. Order off the menu or ask the staff to mix and match a great juice or smooth for you. If you're up for it, try one of their ginger shots! If that doesn't cure what ails you, I don't know what will. I had previously come to this place on a Sunday, when, unfortunately, they were closed. However, I made a trip today and was nothing short of amazed. Delicious plant-based and organic ingredients go into their smoothies and juices. They taste just like the smoothies I make at home! My mom ordered a #2 smoothie (banana, cashews, vanilla and coconut milk) and she opted for no coconut oil, as we don't eat oils in our plant based lifestyle. She also added in greens for an extra dollar. Hers was so good, my favorite. Order this if you would like a smoothie that tastes like vanilla heaven with healthy ingredients. I ordered a #6 smoothie (mango, blueberries, strawberries, banana and coconut milk) with added greens. It was a perfect fruity and hydrating drink for a hot day. Order this smoothie if you want plenty of fruits and vegetables. My brother ordered the #4 smoothie (blueberries, strawberries, banana and coconut milk). His was delicious as well!! His tasted like a yummy breakfast smoothie. Order this if you want a fulfilling drink with no veggies. I would also like to say that you can add anything you would like to any drink. When my friends and I walked in, the woman at the counter AND the man helping her were both maskless. The only person wearing a mask was the one actually making the smoothies (thank god). Its honestly disgusting how little people care about protecting others, especially when running a business! Masks are not hard to wear! Will never be returning to say the least. I love coming here. I get a smoothie at least once a week. My favorite is the green light, which is normally a juice but they can add frozen banana to make it a smoothie. The number 6 is my second favorite. The staff is so friendly and are very accommodating if you ask to change or substitute what comes in a drink. They have a great selection of juices amd smoothies and they will customize anything you want. I had them pick out my smoothie. They made me a #5 and it was absolutely delicious, like the best I've ever had. This place radiates good vibes! My first time in, the owners Shawn and Sheree ( brother and sister ) couldn't be nicer and welcoming. The menu was so extensive with juices, smoothies, food, soup etc.. I had a hard time choosing. They recommended a #2 with greens ( tasted like a frappe but healthier) for my husband which was amazing! I went for the green light juice with extra ginger and it was delicious. They also have fresh ginger and wheatgrass which I learned that it packs a tons of antioxidants/ anti-inflammatory properties that is so good for you. The customers before me ordered a Shawn special and a Sheree special which is not on the board but I had a sample and it was to die for. I am amazed at how busy this place was but everyone who works there was friendly and seem to know all their customers names.
