They have a special toast option that has hummus, hot sauce and egg to which I always add mashed avocado: this is one of my favorites And I've had a fabulous French toast with real maple syrup, which is one of my all-time favorites anywhere and it is especially delicious here. This business offers all of this plus a wide array of smoothie beverages. One of my favorites is the PB cup smoothie : Banana, Teddy's Natural Peanut Butter, Flax Seeds, Organic Chocolate Protein, Almond Milk and Chocolate Drizzle. There are only two instances where I've had food that I haven't liked here: one was a sandwich that had a arugula on it, but that is simply because I just don't like arugula. No fault of the establishment. The other was the tuna fish sandwich, which I believe had way too much salt. One of my coworkers had the tuna sandwich and felt the same way. Other than these two small instances over the course of many many visits for breakfast and lunches I have no complaints. I highly recommend this establishment.

I greatly appreciate the owner's support of the Arc and giving a discount during Autism Acceptance Month. I ordered the Strawberry Fields smoothie and loved it.
