I most recently visited The Green Solution's West Aurora location (Havana x Colfax) on 06 July 2016. I was impressed, as I usually am, with the relaxed professionalism I encountered throughout my purchasing experience, from Keith, the private security officer on-station outside (it was ~95 deg. F), to the front office greeter (I didn't catch her name), to Charlie, my knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, low-to-no pressure budtender, to Kory, the manager who approved my discounts and informatively conversed with me when my transaction was complete, to all the folks in the operation whom guests never see, but who keep us consistently supplied with a pricepoint-to-pricepoint selection of quality flower. I must quickly say, here, that TGS has it all for all tastes, and though I'm a humble bud man, I'm consistently amazed at how much these stores truly are one-stop shops for a wide variety of cannabis applications and interests. Back to bud, I've been a TGS client for years, shopped seven of their eleven current locations, weighed every gram of every purchase, and have *never* been shorted, not once. If one shows up at 4:20 on 4/20, the lines *will* be stupefying, however, the company's online/call-ahead reservation system continues to improve, and if walk-in is your style, off-peak hours vary by location and each location will gladly tell you what those hours are. Their recent (and welcome) change in price structure has earned them a "Moderate" instead of a "Pricey" rating in this customer's humble opinion, and upon viewing my VA card they apply my 10% Veterans' Discount immediately and with neither question nor comment save for a respectful thanks for my service. Bottom line, for me--when I walk out of TGS, I feel better than I did when I walked in, and that's *well* prior to experiencing the grand green itself, and that's all I have to say about that (for now). This location is my favorite of the Green Solution locations and so far I have been to 4 different stores. Every team member that I have interacted with is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have visited this store at all hours and I consistently experience productive, efficient service from the members. My favorite thing about the team at this Green Solution location is that they collaborate well together. Not only do they treat the customers well, but they also treat each other well. It's a significant accomplishment for a business to succeed at internal and external customer service simultaneously. I have observed them teach each other about new promotions and share knowledge consistently. The outcome of that as a customer is that I am never misinformed about promotions or products because everyone on the team is well informed. I originally came to The Green Solution because of the quality of the products. I didn't necessarily expect stellar service (but that is exactly what I get). I'm not from Colorado, but I was anxious to come out here and have a really good dispensary experience, and I'm so grateful I found this store in particular.. because all though there's plenty of them, only one of them has a kick ass woman named Susan. She was extremely helpful with what i was looking for, not only did she help me find some FIRE bud at a low price, but she also helped me find great natural products for me to be able to buy for my family as well. Not to mention that walking in that dispensary, was like walking into a museum, it was amazing. If you're looking for great dispensary experience, or even better, your first dispensary experience... do NOT hesitate to go to the Green Solution on Havana, in Aurora. Just wanted to compliment Nick at Havana location for the way he handled my concerns following a purchase of concentrates yesterday. Not only did he answer my question, which turned out to be a result of change in labeling practices, he offered a couple of safety nets should I have any dissatisfaction in the future. Very comforting. Nick was clear-eyed, professionally dressed, and articulate, quite unlike the wannabes "managers" I've encountered at other weed chains. Thanks again for letting me know about your liberal return policy, and as a retired teacher I can see Nick has good potential as a corporate trainer. TGS has a "boutique" approach to packaging and branding. Keeps the prices a little uncomfortable in the competitive local market. Otherwise, I would give it a "5". read more

ABSOLUTELY the best staff! Verireen, T, and all the others make it like going home the moment you walk in the door. Unfortunately corporate have continued depleting strains, taking away loved products, and shifting to their Colfax locations. We, the loyal customer, deserve our neighborhood dispensary back to it's former glory 2 years ago. Give us our store hours back and close all the Colfax stores. Why are there 2 close together in the first place? I want to be a continued regular. If this location is closed or family and friends will boycott TGS and ALL subsidiary companies, like Medicine Man and ALL your dispensary brands. Veterans don't leave each other behind. Decided to check out a different green solution location since my experience yesterday wasn't too amazing. At this location my experience was way better. Way friendlier staff. I was greeted with a smile upon entering and even though one of our IDs was having trouble scanning, the front desk attendant was friendly and helpful to the best of his ability. Once inside, The 'tender was extremely helpful. The 'tender also made very helpful suggestions when unsure about a certain product. Check out process was smooth and they even showed me on the screen how everything was broken down. They have a lot of the same products at both locations but the Colfax location is a tad bigger. Both stores are clean and have that higher end feel to them. read more

I shop with The Green Solution at least every other day and It has become my favorite pot shop. From the get go I am always greeted with a genuine smile as soon as I walk in instead of a security officer putting his hand out for an ID. I never wait more than 5 minutes for someone to help me. There is always a wide variety of FIRE buds to choose from and they have so much information on their buds that it almost makes me want to read up on terpenes. Their price is not too bad compared to the quality of buds you receive and they even carry a few discounted strains daily which helps when I am on a budget. This is one of if not the best dispensary out there!! It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience to deal with the staff and get awesome products!! And the most helpful was Korey!! He was the best employee who totally helped me and answered all my questions! I will be going here from now on and if you want to be treated right and get great product you would as well!! This was my first time shopping the store on Havana St @West Aurora and it was a fun and positive experience. The layout of the store is beautiful, clean, and has a fabulous variety of flower strains, concentrates and edibles. The staff was great, being very helpful and knowledgeable a well. I always love purchasing not only the green, but loved the T-shirts, socks and accessories. There is something for everyone who enters within their price range and the variety was incredible. I came to this specific location and once I was granted access, I was created by multiple people and when my turn came, Kristi was the bud tender who helped me. She was knowledgable, friendly, and patient. I asked her multiple questions and multiple scenarios to help me decide on what's best for me and she knocked it out of the park. Great deals all year long. They also have specials when it snows. Also, they give you a discount when you bring back your bags. Very eco-friendly and economical at the same time. You can actually buy clones here as well which is pretty cool I think. Still my go to spot when in the greater Denver Metropolitan area. Open later than most other cannabis shops in the area, which is another huge plus. They also have a point system. You accumulate points with every purchase. I've been a member for 2 years and I always enjoy my visit. I Love the product and the good deals, I really like the Birthday gift. The staff is always fast and friendly, also good knowledge of the product that they are showing you. I understand there is quite a process for going through a dispensary sometimes but this one was fast and there's the nicest staff. Susan especially helped me pick a good product and directed me to some awesome smelling lotion I'll have to get next time. I'm surprised this place isn't rated higher. The team is friendly, welcoming, and the quality is impressive for the price. Unfortunately, they were out of stock in what I was looking for but they had other options which was very helpful. I had a great experience with Erika, she recommended a new rosin chamoy syrup from Bachaz, and I plan on getting some more for Cinco de Mayo. Very tasty! The place to go. Ive never been let down, always satisified and beyond. There is an energetic vibe from the team and it truly lifts your spirits even b4 getting the flower. Kristi knows what exactly what you want if your cluess and gets it spot on. Quality unbeatable. I usually fet prerolls and its not low quality flower or shake like all the other dispensaries.
