Great selection. I just hate when the staff seems unable to help effectively. I literally asked for a non fruit flavored vape juice and this guy with dreads starts suggesting flavors; "strawberry-pineapple, mango and cream, strawberry banana, fruity pebbles, blueberry donut, fruit roll up" and so on and so on. Please just have the descriptive menus on the counter accessible? Or since the bottles are so small, if there aren't menus or thee aren't enough, maybe move them closer so people can read the labels. However that can also be frustrating because many labels aren't descriptively labeled. The names often have little to do with the flavor etc. Umm.... I asked for no fruit and all he said was fruit based flavors. I felt totally ignored and like I'd wasted my breath and my time. Service is horrible, the owner lady has an egregious attitude and is not helpful whatsoever. She is usually pretty nice but in the past month her mood has really shifted and I do not like going here anymore. Especially considering they are more expensive than other shops in the area, she has simple water pipes starting at $35 and you can get the same exact piece down the street for $15. Matter fact, that's exactly what I did because her attitude was so bad I didn't want to give her the sale. Come to find out she's marking these pieces up astronomically compared to her competitors. Super cool store. Great workers, they are super helpful and nice. It's a great atmosphere and very laid back. They have a wonderful incense collection for AMAZING prices ($5 for 30 incense, etc) and they have such cool smoke items. They decorate the store sometimes for seasons/holidays and it's super cute, and they are very good about keeping the place a safe environment by checking ID's and such. read more

Good fun head shop. Great selection and plenty of things to look at. Great place for hippys and smokers to talk and unwind. There's clothing, pipes, lighters, and more. The staff can be a bit follow-y but generally they are nice. If you want more personalized service though, head to one of the smaller head shops around. i'm all about customer service. i came in 4/13 and was attended by Rae. she was awesome. told me to save my receipt just incase it stopped working. she SWORE by the vape. told me she had it and that the battery was A1. hasn't even been a week and my device doesn't work. won't turn off, charged it, looked up ways to troubleshoot it. nothing. came in and Rae was in. told her my vape stopped working and her whole vibe changed. told me i needed the box. i explained to her that she told me to save the receipt. she then went to the back and called her boss. her boss then told her to tell me that even w a box she wasn't going to give me a refund. one of the employees there even said that he has issues w the same pen. why are they selling batteries that clearly don't work. i definitely would not recommend coming here. definitely overpriced. yes they're open late.. but they sell things that don't work and won't even compensate for their customers for their own mistake. read more

I just left on my second visit and the counter person made me think I was ruining her day. She wrinkled up her lip when I asked the price, she frowned the entire time, and sighed heavily. Unscrupulous is the best description. We bought a Puffco Plus vape pen there. It rang up as $150.00. We bought it. The next day i found it at Purple Haze for the msrp of $90.00. Since the pen was unused, i attempted to return. No return policy says the young manager. OK, but its not opened. Sorry, says the manager. But you charged me $60 higher than other places. Bought one vape pen battery here, and it broke. I didn't have the receipt so they only gave me a discount, which is understandable. I bought another one with the discount, and it broke 3 months later. I brought it in, with the receipt this time, and was told I could again only get a discount. They also told me they didn't even sell that battery anymore, most likely due to the same issues I was having.
