Everything is fresh and made from scratch and they don't skimp on the serving size. I tried the Rebelde burger and it was awesome (tip: eat it upside down). It had a sirloin patty, nacho cheese, crispy onion rings, lettuce and tomato. We also had the Malindrina. It's a Nashville style hot chicken sandwich pickles and coleslaw. The chicken is hot, spicy and crunchy, the coleslaw adds a sweet bite with the right amount of pickles for a little acidity. Today, he had a made from scratch cucumber limonada! The truck regularly parks in front of LC City Hall at 896 N Main St. They are near the grass, and usually have a fold up table or two with chairs under a tree. The worst carne asada I'd ever had. I mean, it wasn't bad or anything... just not good. It was dry, and tasteless. Like it wasn't marinated or spiced, or anything. It was edible, just not great. I wouldn't drive across town - again - to try it, but I would certainly eat there if I was working in the area and had to have something nearby to eat, 100%.
