This was my first time trying Orange Cow Burgers and it was pretty good Ray was the guy taking our order and he was super kind and and explained the menu to us very well. The place inside was clean and the workers in the back were diligently working all together and made the place flow perfectly. As far as the food, the burgers were very delicious and the veggies were nice and fresh I do know the next time I will ask for more of the special sauce because it wasn't enough it's so good. The fries were hot and tasty I did enjoy the loaded fries and the milkshake was thick and definitely made with love. All in all it was great and I will back!! Thanks Ray for making our first experience a great one!!! You Rock

Great experience with the Orange Cow on Reler. We dropped in, put in an order and about 7-10 min later we were out the door. The burgers were delicious. I thought so, my kids right so. I enjoyed a double, and the kids had a full single loaded. We were in, we were out, and -and, in the end - full of delicious burgers. They kept the place pretty clean while we were there. They cycled the trash out regulary, and cleaned the tabl we are guests left and came in. Military discount is available here. Recommended

Ordered a double and a single (added green chile to both) and the loaded fries! The burger was tasty - if you like the crispy edges on your patties you'll enjoy these! They toast the buns too, which is nice. Fries were good as well. From a food perspective, a totally good burger (truthfully just nothing that was WOW factor to elevate it) and would eat it again, though I think I'll try out other burger spots in town prior to rushing back here. Service was fine - nothing special or noteworthy. As a few other reviewers have noted, it seems like they have two music sources and the whole time we were there two separate songs were playing. It didn't negatively affect my experience, just was odd. Overall, a totally solid option! Three stars because it's just a normal burger spot and I couldn't think of anything that elevated it to an above average rating.

The place looks like it could use some TLC and they have two types of music playing in the background really loud which is pretty unpleasant and unenjoyable for the customer. However, their food was delicious! Next time I'll probably pick up a to go order.

So I'm a huge In-N-Out fan and this place is probably the closest to it I'll find in El Paso! I am not a whataburger or Blake's fan, so I only hoped this would hit the spot! It did! We drove all the way on the west side to try this burger, and it was worth the drive. Also had fries and a chocolate shake ('cause that's my business). The place was busy and I learned why after trying for myself. They accept cash and square payment. I thought that was unique. I normally see that at a vendor not at an actual restaurant. I would come back. Price was reasonable. Not too overpriced like Five Guys, but a bit of a splurge. Only wish they were far east!

How do I begin to describe how delicious these burgers are... I'll start by saying that placing the order was quick and simple. I love that their menu is simple and they execute their burgers to perfection. The person who took our order was friendly and recommended the lunch or combo special which included the burger, fries, and drink for around $10ish maybe a bit more! So worth it way better than any fast food burger place I've ever been too. I upgraded to the loaded fries covered in cheesy goodness. We dug in as soon as we caught a whiff of our food the burgers were amazing the mean was very well cooked but still juicy and flavorful. I loved that it had all the ingredients of a classic burger and still just a touch of something extra from the OC sauce. Worth stopping here during our trip !

First time going to cow burger. I heard it like In & out. Is definitely missing the special sauce. The fries or the usual but the hamburger or actually not to bad. Wanted to try their milkshake but was to full maybe next time. But is worth trying.

Good food! Great vibe in the place! Fast service! Really enjoyed the food, however the burger was a little crisp.

Upon taking my first bite, I thought, "In-N-Out?" While I wouldn't say they are the same, Orange Cow certainly satisfies my In-N-Out cravings. Food: The food is delicious! I have never bitten into one of the burgers and disliked it. Every bite is flavorful and enjoyable. The loaded fries are a must as they complement the burger. Ambiance: We have definitely ordered for pick and delivery since the restaurant is a bit underwhelming. The space is small with some chairs and tables, but nothing attractive to make you want to sit and enjoy the meal. Service: I received my food. I recommend it! (We introduced our neighbors to Orange Cow and they are obsessed.)

The burger was great. A double is a lot! I prob should have got a single because the burgers pack a punch but it's great. The loaded fries weren't my favorite but they weren't bad either. They were just a lot to take in while eating a double burger. Next time I'll prob just get the fries regulars, which are good fries. The customer service was great. Nice lil place in El Paso to try out. I just wish they had fountain drinks. Cuz for as big a meal as this place serves, one drink ain't enough to quench this guy's thirst!

Pretty good! I got to taste Healthy Shack's food after a recent doctor's appointment at Texas Tech…read more The good thing about going to Texas Tech is that there's always food trucks parked outside! I always try different ones whenever I go to a doctor's appointment there. I don't like going to doctor's appointments (does anyone actually like them??) but...I always look forward to trying food from the food trucks parked there! Gotta make the best out of the visit I guess? Lol. Anyway... Healthy Shack offers a variety of healthy foods including vegan entrees. Even though I try to eat vegan foods from time to time...I wasn't in the mood when I visited Healthy Shack. I decided to go with their brisket tacos. They weren't bad! The brisket and veggies were tasty. I didn't really taste any cheese or salsa in them. I feel like these two items could make or break a taco. I also didn't receive any chile/salsa on the side! I thought that was kind of weird! It's hard for me to eat a taco without a side of chile/salsa! I was starving so I tried not to think about it too much. Sorry but just for these two items alone, I have to deduct a star. It's sort of like a cardinal sin (imo) to eat a taco without salsa and cheese! There was some type of sauce in the taco but it wasn't like the green or red salsa I'm used to. Am I overreacting? I don't think so. Lol. The brisket tacos came with a salad and a side of pineapple with chili powder and chamoy. I wasn't crazy about the salad. It had some kind of dressing I didn't really like, along with cranberries, carrots and cucumbers with sunflower seeds on top of it. I hardly ate any of it. The pineapple was really good. I ate all of that along with two tacos. There was three tacos but I saved one for Chico, my dog. He devoured it like in five seconds. I would consider ordering a side of the pineapple from Healthy Shack. I think I would only order the tacos if there was red or green salsa with cheese included. Maybe I missed them in the tacos? Overall, a good experience. I believe the owner (Victor) was helping me out. He was nice and friendly. He gave me a punch card in case I return. I don't recall what you get after 10 visits. I had a hard time hearing him because it was pretty loud. Let's support local!

For almost $10, I think you can give a little more food IMHO like rice and beans. I think you can get four tacos for around $5.00 in town. For convenience of location and saving some of my lunch time for not having to travel further to other taco shops, I'm willing to pay some more. Now, in their defense, all tacos plates come with five...though they are somewhat on a small side...about 3 1/4 in. in diameter. I opted for al pastor, and I was not disappointed. Flavor was very good, and fresh condiments added refreshing taste to it to cut down on some greasiness. Guacamole sauce was a bit runny, but it did add some freshness. You'd better be careful with salsa...it's very hot (at least to me). Customer service is very good. A very pleasant lady takes orders and process payments. Orders came out fairly fast...about 5 minutes. I can handle that even during extreme heat waiting under the sun these days.

It ended up costing and being over $2 a taco. My advice is that if you are really hungry, I highly suggest getting the torta, which is also really good and filled with tons and tons of meat and comes with their homemade salsas -- the red salsa is firey spicy!!! The sweet & spicy flavor from the sauce was very well-incorporated into the noodles, and there were a good amount of shrimp included. I called them up to order per their instructions on their post and promptly got lost thinking that they were where all the food trucks congregated but they were past the traffic circle near a random ditch. Not sure why since the country club location was well lit and poppin'. They texted me when my order was ready and told me they were closing soon but were kind enough to wait for me. The chicken pad thai was $10.50 with tax, CASH only. I must say my expectations were low but this plate blew me away. I wasn't worried that it wasn't as fresh since I was 20 mins late picking up, as this dish gets better with time to mix and soak all the sauce. The past few pad thai dishes I've had were made at home and the sauce from a bottle since I really didn't want to do the whole rigamarole of soaking tamarinds to make it as authentic as possible. The bottled sauces are wayyy too sugary and so the dish leans sweet. This plate is not sweet, but the flavors of this dish are centered around a sweet-savory fusion. Salty, nutty, slightly sweet tamarind sauce, the thin rice noodles soaked up the sauce and mixed with cubed chicken, green onions, egg, bean sprouts, and roasted ground peanuts and served with a lime wedge. It's definitely not as funky or fermented as the ones I had in Thailand, but it can stand on it's own where I worked in L.A.'s Thai town. I'm a huge fan and I can see myself already hunting down this truck in the future. They have a limited menu and I look forward to trying out the rest of the food. I let hubby have a bite and he was like wow this is really good...then I shut him down by saying he should go get himself some next time.
