But as you will see, this dude is full of shit. he doesn't return phone calls, he never shows up to appointments that have been scheduled and he's a compulsive liar. when he says he's going to do something, he will not. if i could've rated less than 1 star i would have FEB 2016 : i was arrested, charged & given a court date MARCH 2016 : i was sent a letter of recommendation (from his office) stating how he could help me i had a meeting, in which we discussed the process, punishment and outcome. total was 1500, which i paid on time. my court date was set for the may, then switched to that october. i had questions, concerns, and didnt hear from him til about a week or so before the court date. OCT 2016 : (court date) he was late, his clothes were wrinkled, his breath smelled horrible & I was the only one talking on my behalf. as this is my first offense, i didnt know exactly how all this worked, but bottom line, as little as he did i could have just represented myself and saved my money. APRIL 2017 : i was eligible for early termination of my year on probation but i set phone dates, went to the office, and he was nowhere to be found. this went on until i was actually completely off of probation (OCT 31 2017) and even then, i could only get a receptionist to set more phone dates with mark in which MARK never called, and never once called to say when he didn't call. In november 2017 i set ANOTHER phone appointment and also a meeting. I have not seen or heard from Mark since my court date and my biggest problem is that the offense was supposed to be wiped from my record (which we discussed in our initial meeting) and NOW he's saying (through his receptionist) that's going to be an additional 500$. I am now Looking into suing him for fraud, so i would highly recommend ANYBODY other than him. PSAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND HOPEFULLY YOUR LIFE AND DO NOT HIRE MARK MALTSBERGER.
