So I made an appointment for my son today at 10:45 for the first available person which happened to be Jalen. We showed up a little early he was with another client and he said he would be right with us. 35 minutes minutes later and he was still not done. I do believe in my heart that for whatever reason he didn't really want to cut my sons hair. We ended up just walking out. I have other appointments and my time is valuable as I'm sure Jalens is. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Nobody greeted me or spoke to me about a timeframe or to get my name or anything. Sat there for 40 minutes with zero interaction from the staff. Floor was covered in hair with nobody sweeping. Guy cutting hair closest to me blew some hair all over me then laughed about it. The staff was yelling to each other across the room about whose turn it was to answer the phone. A lady answered the phone and booked an appointment for another barber there but didn't write it down or tell the guy about it.. Place is a soup sandwich- spend your money somewhere else. read more

I walked in to get a haircut back in August. A really nice black woman cut my hair who made good conversation. She also cut my haircut really well, and this review is solely of the business. Because, the owner walked up as I was getting my haircut, and asked me. "Hey did you have an appointment," and I began to say "No, I just waked in, and..," and then he cut me off. Began to explain how I was lucky, and something or other, and that he'd let me finish getting my hair cut. Now I don't know this guy. Beware of the blonde barber named Kristen. She was extremely verbally hostile towards me all over me telling her she was mistaken. How it started was I was sitting on the couch around 9:55 am PST. A client walks in and says he has an appointment at 10 am for [a barber named] Hannah. This confused Kristen, the blonde barber this review is making readers be aware of, since moments before she asked me if I had an appt and I said I [also] had an appt with Hannah (but my appt was 10 minutes earlier at 9:55 am). This prompts Kristen to ask both the client that just walked in and myself again who our appt was with and what time. She then told me she doesn't see my name and tells me I don't have an appt. I tell her she's definitely mistaken since not only do I have an online reservation email and three texts from the reservation booking app (one of which rescheduled my original appt), but I also have a personal text from Hannah herself confirming I do indeed have an appt. Her tone then turns extremely vitriolic and goes, "Okay, well your name wasn't showing up -- your name was under "walk-in". DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!?!? I couldn't believe the vitriol in her tone, so i just shook my head and muttered, "What?" under my breath not expecting a reply. Then she walked all the back to where I was sitting (on the couch directly across from Hannah (the barber who inevitably gave me a beard trim) saying, "WHAT WAS THAT?!?!" The tone was extremely confrontational and again I can't believe someone is getting this irate over being told they are mistaken. I replied, "I don't understand." She then raised her voice saying, "I said I was calling Hannah. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?!?!" I just sat in silence and thankfully Hannah entered the room shortly thereafter. I was relieved that maybe Kristen would leave me alone by then. Hannah, the girl that gave me the trim, was a bit nicer but didn't say more than two sentences to me the entire time she trimmed my beard (e.g. is [the length that I trimmed your beard] okay and chin up). read more

The vibe has always been good in here, that's what's kept me coming back, but as of late, my cuts were lacking. I'm not too picky in all reality because most days of the week I'm wearing a hat. The staff here are dishonest and lack customer service skills. My boyfriend scheduled an appointment for 5:00PM. He arrived at 4:45, waited at the station of one of the barbers there. Two other people walked in and greeted the barber he was waiting for. He offered them beers, and then proceeded to take of them into his chair. My boyfriend was never greeted by the barber, or offered beer. He ended up walking out of there at 5:45 after being ignored. Why schedule an appointment with a customer to just take walk-ins before them, right in front of their face. Makes no sense at all. read more

I have never had a bad cut here. Always friendly staff. I honestly wouldn't consider going anywhere else in town by far the best service and cut I have ever had (thanks to Bri) and I am picky also. Very easy to use the Booksy app to schedule so you don't have to just "walk-in" and be told to come back. So I have gone to this haircut place 3 times first time. They have about 20 chairs and tons of people working. First time they had no one available cause I had not made an appointment regardless of people doing nothing and standing by their chair. 2nd time I was just driving by and thought why not try it, they had people doing nothing again but only one person was available and did a haircut for me. So today I make an appointment on the app it get approved, I get there 10 min early just to be told she is 30 min behind and if I could wait, since I couldn't just hangout there for 30 min, I asked if another person was available, seeing that people are standing around doing nothing. However again I was told no one can cut my hair and they are all busy. Had an appointment at 3pm with DG_TheLegend checked in 5 minutes early only to be told he is "a little behind" A LITTLE, 30 minutes of waiting and still wasn't available, no call ahead of time to notify me he was behind scheduled so YES I walked out....30 minutes is not a little behind. Ridiculous seriously!!! I would have gladly accepted one of the other stylists that were just sitting around BUT NO ONE OFFERED TO HELP....HORRIBLE how there is no "TRUE" CUSTOMER SERVICE is this world anymore. Went in this morning as a walk in seemed like a nice place with nice people, got an appointment an hour later. It took 30 minutes to cut barely anything, I have longer hair and was just looking for a shape up and cut a little off the sides. Didn't even touch the sides and barely cut anything off the top, at least they did one thing right and got the hair out of my face. At that point when I saw the top I didn't want to say anything and just get out before they did any more damage. Waste of $20 and 30 minutes of my time. Probably should've left when it felt like I was getting choked by the apron when they put it on too tight, but avoid this place at all costs, go to Supercuts or somewhere else even if they're across town. read more

Showed up for a walk in, and they happily obliged which was cool. My hair was cut by Cameron who was super nice, but unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. When he spun me around to see the cut, I thought he was kidding. One side was CLEARLY longer than the other. I asked him to fix it and make it match and ended up with that side being shorter. I said it was good enough because I didn't want any more damage done. After showering and examining the cut, it's the most uneven cut ever. Like a child with scissors did it. Long here, short there, and all in the wrong places. Nice guy, lazy or just bad barber and I paid $30 for that. (Took like 15 min) Do not recommend. read more

My son got a hair cut here today. My son is under age and I've always waited inside for him due to him being nervous and not ever knowing how he wants his hair cut... even with COVID happening I have waited inside twice now at this location. I talked to two other employees here, one being the girl that cut his hair. No one said anything about me having to wait outside. My son was a minute into his haircut and one of the employees walked over and told me I would need to go outside as they can't have people in the waiting area. Mind you, there were 3 guys waiting when we walked in. I was socially distanced at this point when she asked me to leave, as I was the only one in the waiting area now and I was facing my child with a mask on. I let her know my son was getting a hair cut and I'd like to stay and she said I couldn't and I'd needed to go outside. I'm not quite sure why I was forced to leave this time and not the times before. While sitting in my car waiting, I watched two other people walk in and no one walk out. I cannot say enough about this place! We were able to make an appointment online and be seen within one hour, but they also take walk ins. My 12 year old hates getting his hair cut and we have had to leave a few barbershops while waiting as he was not feeling comfortable but we walked in and he was excited. It was great to see all receiving services getting personal treatment and not being rushed. A cold beverage, candy for the kids and a massage chair if you want while you wait makes the time fly. His hair came out amazing and he asked to only come back and see Marissa, this is a huge win! Highly recommend read more
