Halfway through my cut she forgets and used scissors then she charges me £24. I stood and waited for the receipt and she put her hand over the machine because she didn't want me to get the receipt. I walked out disgusted. Boss was not in the shop. No doubt if he was in the shop she wouldn't be ripping off customers like this. Hopefully he gets proper staff not these dodgy east Europeans.
