The breakfast was worth every extra penny (try to get your rate to include it as it was 35 Euro). So much interesting food on the buffet, but incredible made to order options too. I had dinner in Limon on my last night and it was so delicious. I wish I had ordered the truffle cheese pasta as I saw them make it in front of many guests but I had the lobster spaghetti which was incredible. Overall, this was a fabulous stay. I would definitely stay there again if I find myself in Vienna.

While I can understand the restaurant didn't want to waste the opened bottles，but this either means their business isn't good so they can't sell their wine or they just have poor business ethics. In either scenario，the tasting experience at Silvio and Nickol left a bad taste in the mouth. At the end，I asked Oscar to hopefully improve the tasting experience in the future and offered 100Euro tip as courtesy.

When we went up, we discovered it had been closed for the entire month of August -- information we would have appreciated at check-in. Although we were upgraded to a suite, the room was extremely dated, and all of the outlets were in use. We had to unplug a lamp just to charge our phones. We then tried to use the spa facilities, but the man at the desk was abrupt and clearly unhappy when we said we did not want a massage and only wanted to use the sauna and steam room. Once inside, we found that neither had even been heated, despite being there during operational hours. When we asked, he told us the hotel was supposed to ensure they were ready -- clearly, this was not the case. Back in our room, we turned on the TV only to find just two English channels (both news), while there were more than eight Arabic channels. Very disappointing and not what we would expect from a hotel at this level.

Our room ended up being on the fifth floor and we had to pass both a sun terrace and a yoga terrace. Whenever we made it to our room we entered to the music of the radio that was on in the hall. They actually had a Samsung Galaxy tied to the lock. Unfortunately, I ended up having some issues with it turning on in the middle of the night but powering it off quickly solved that. Our room itself was different and interesting. There was a large flat screen tv on a desk and then side by side shower and toilet areas. These were both quite ample in size but the weird thing was that the toilet only had frosted glass outside of it while the shower had clear glass and a curtain to pull over it. Rounding out the room was the sink/mirror area. The bed in the room ended up being comfortable although I found it weird that a room for 2 would have 1 normal sized pillow and 1 mini pillow on the bed. Both the bathroom and sink had ample amounts of soap and other toiletries in them. The bottom line for me is that I would come back here again in the future and would recommend everyone else to as well. If I had stayed here in the US I would have expected droves of hipsters around but this place seemed to cater to both the business and vacation crowd, none of which were actually hipsters. Due to that I really ended up enjoying the vibe of this place and I feel like we got good value for our money.
