I contacted the gutter boys through an online quote inquiry on a Sunday morning. By that Sunday afternoon someone responded to my questions and we arranged to get my gutter cleaning on the winter wait list. Before the week was over they sent Albert to my home to clean my gutters. Albert did such a great job. The gutters were spotless, as I can see them great from my bedroom window. They put the debris in bags by the garage as they stated they would. The major plus is all of this was done right before the big snowfall so my gutters were clear and I had piece of mind. Also the price was the best I had come by in trying to find someone for the job. What a great company. They have been cleaning my gutters in my old house for years and I recently moved into my new home and I decided to go with gutter guards last year...... What a phenomenal job they did and I thought it was very fair priced. I have since referred two of my friends to gutter boys for gutter guards and both went with their product. The gutter Boys sent me both times $100 gift card for the referrals. I believe they do very good work at a very fair price and they are very customer oriented. I would of not believed there were still trust worthy people out there. I put a down payment down to get new gutters even know my gutters where only a few years old, but had problems with pitching and seams leaking so I figured I would just get new and start from scratch. Well when they arrived they took a look and the situation and told me I did not need new gutters and they would fix the problems I explained to them. Charged me 160.00 to fix my issues and off they went. They are refunding my deposit less the 160, Most companies would of just replaced the gutters. Unfortunately, due to the weather and a pending eviction on the property, I did not get a chance to personally use/evaluate their gutter cleaning service ~other wise I'm sure it would have been a 5 star review. I had service scheduled twice and extenuating circumstances arose both times. I called in to get a free quote for a Gutter Clean and the young man who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer, he walked me through the process and was even able to give me a price right over the phone! The day they showed up for the service they did a wonderful job and did exactly as they said they would, they left the bill in my door for me and they payment options were so easy I love being able to pay online and they have that option ! We contracted with The Gutter Boys to install gutter guards for $2500 on our new house that is on a wooded lot.. They were out within a week or so to do the job. We was impressed that they were able to do the job in less than 1.5 hours. We had some issues with rain coming over the gutters, and Shandale dispatched a crew to fix the issues. Our experience from start to finish was great. We had some gutter overflow issues in a couple areas related to additions on the home. Jim came out and discussed adding larger gutters to these areas to promote better drainage. The Gutter Boys replaced all the gutters on our home. The crew was courteous and left a clean work area. Gutter Boys responded promptly to my inquiry. Someone came out within two days to complete an estimate and was able to schedule my gutter replacement. Was given a timeline of 2-3 weeks but the job was completed the following week. There were reasonable updates about the scheduling and possible delays due to weather. The largest and hardest to clean windows were well done! I could not expect a better job and in fact didn't have such clean windows when I used a different company. I noticed a couple smaller windows weren't as clean and the next time (there will be a next time) I use them I'll point this out. The price was in line with what a friend paid for a similar job from another company. I give them 5 stars because of the great job they did on the difficult windows. read more

My husband and I hired The Gutter Boys late this fall to help remove debris from our gutters and to flush them out. They even helped us reattach a spout that had come off. They were very responsive to my initial request for a quote and followed up when they were unable to come within the specified time frame due to bad weather. I've had the gutter boys 3 or 4 times and I'm always pleased with their service. They are very reasonable in price as compared with other companies. They are always prompt, neat and what I especially like is that they hose out the gutters once they've finished cleaning them to make sure they are working properly. So 3 years ago I had the Gutter Boys replace the gutters on our two story house and garage. I also had them install their gutter guards on my garage and a portion of the hose that tended to get the most leaves and other objects.
