The gentlemen came out, very nice. No idea what their names were as they started without me actually knowing they had arrived. They seemed to really be rushing, including walking across the roof to the back yard gutters instead of hooking up the hose out back. Before arriving, and at appointment scheduling, I told them to please park on my property. They parked at my neighbors and when I asked them to move, they said they wouldn't be long. Of course my neighbor came home and asked them to move (how embarrassing). When they were finished, they told me to turn the water off to the house. A FLOOD OF WATER WAS GUSHING DOWN MY HOSE BIB AS IT HAD BUSTED. Did they notice this in the beginning or at the end??? I had to call a plumber and pay over $1,000 to cut the drywall and replace my hose bib. NEVER will I have this done in winter again!!! read more

Please do NOT expect to get an estimate and FYI they can not handle 1/2 round gutters so don't even go there. They have their own special gutters , 2 sizes, and NO other choices except with or with out a leaf guard system that cost more than their gutters . Our salesman Bill poorly wrote up a estimate with NO details, merely a few lines and no details , no footage , no breakdown , nothing that looked like an estimate. It was terrible, like 3rd grade , and then the horror began, after I asked for a copy What followed next was my worst nightmare. Bill the salesman said that I could not just take the estimate and consider it over a day or so NOR talk it over with all parties involved such as husband and painter . NO NO NO you had to sign it there and then . And i was promised that if I decided to use another , then Bill would rip up the contract . And all this "...Because we aren't that type of company.." High quality service and product. I've had a 2nd story gutter pulling away from the house due to improperly wrapped and rotting fascia for a few years. All the snow and ice this winter was the last straw and it had to be addressed. Kori came out quick and was able to walk me through the job and give me a reasonable quote. A couple weeks later, Ron came out with his crew and was in and out in about 90 minutes. New gutter, new downspout, new fascia and capping. These guys work fast. Everybody I dealt with was extremely professional. My wife and I weren't able to be here during the job, so Ron called me when they got here to let me know they were starting, called me again about halfway through with an update and then again at the end to let me know how everything went. Gutter Guys is an independently franchised operation so I am reviewing the Gutter guys of Lower Bucks county who did the work on my home. I had them install gutters on the front of my house six years ago, today I went out to look at them. They are still in excellent condition so they must have done a quality job. My Gutters are two levels with corners that wrap around the house so the downspouts come down on the side. The price seemed very fair and the work was done in short order. So I called them today to do the back of my house, let's hope it goes just as well. read more

Strong arm sales tactics. All I was asking for was an estimate. My neighbor had them do his and our house is the exact same, only they estimated my price at 2,600 dollars higher. The salesman kept telling me to sign paperwork and wouldn't let me read it. He got extremely angry and threatened to increase my price if I didn't sign on the spot. He stormed off angry . Very immature and uncomfortable situation. This is 2022 and strong arm sales tactics don't fly anymore. Initially I had them replace my gutters 15 years ago, but when i had my roof replaced the contractor replaced the gutters, too, with terrible gutters. I noticed I had water pooling around my house and the configuration of the gutters did not make sense to me based on what the GG's had explained when they did the job 15 years ago. Bottom line, I used them twice, no more water pooling, they improved the look of my home, worked with me to only put toppers on the areas that accumulated leaves and I was able to finance the job 12 months no interest. I had them come out to replace the old gutters on my house and add some new ones to my garage. I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Scott was supposed to be at my house at 10 AM to give me a quote. After being stood up by other contractors, I called at 9:59 AM to make sure he was still coming and he was already in my driveway. The price was in line with what I expected and everyone I've dealt with in person and on the phone has been nice and professional. Ron managed the install 2 weeks later and they look great. Shopping for anything these days has become nightmarishly miserable because of all the people using the pandemic as an excuse for bad customer service. Had gutter guys come out and do our house. It took them a few visits to get it right but that aspect worked well. The problem is the cost for simply have them take them down and reinstall after a roof replacement. I was quoted 3 dollars a foot or 650 dollars plus tax for them to unscrew them, take them down and screw them back up. I wasn't expecting free but more like 200-250 dollars. I expect they could take down the gutters in 20 minutes. 4 of the 5 gutters are 15 feet in length or shorter. I may take them down myself. The long one, on the second floor, I will ask the roofer to be careful. It is probably just as cheap to get a new one if broken. They said to call them but when dealing with 700 plus dollars. I paid $130 for this service less than a week ago. During the storm this week I noticed water streaming down the side of the house like a waterfall. I went outside and saw that the downspout was completely blocked. During this monsoon, I had to dismantle the downspout to enable the gutters to empty. This was a gutter I had toid them to pay particular attention to. I immediately called the company and was told by "Klye" that he had to speak to his supervisor. I'm so happy I decided to hire The Gutter Guys!! First, the salesman Bill is a dream to work with. He is courteous at all times and will answer any questions you have for him. He is always available by phone and even one year after my initial installation, picked up the phone when I needed to discuss something with him. Let me start by saying I was getting a new roof, soffits, gutters, downspouts and adding gutter toppers as we did not originally have them. This work was all being done in 2018. Now I needed to hire and coordinate all the work. I had my roofer, who originally gave me my price including the gutters, soffits and downspouts. But I wanted to hire a company to put on my gutter toppers. I did all the usual research, by asking neighbors and looking online. I happened to mention to my mom, who lives in Delaware that I wanted to get gutter toppers and she said they had some installed by a company called The Gutter Guys and she LOVED them and they are guaranteed for life, even after you sell the house. So I looked them up. Unfortunately, I am in Middlesex County and they only "seemed" to be located as far north as Mercer County. But I made the phone call and inquiry anyway. I told Bill, my salesman, that I had researched all the usual suspects and after all was said and done, I wanted to hire them. Let me backtrack for a second. I did research on all the other companies that offer gutter toppers. Not one of them compared to what I saw when I compared them to The Gutter Guys. They need absolutely no maintenance at all. They come in a large selection of colors to match any roof or color scheme. They never clog. They look amazing, so good that they blend right into our new roof. And who the heck guarantees them for the life of the house? Even if you sell the house, they guarantee goes to the new owner!! So back to talking with Bill. I told him I wanted them to do my gutter toppers so he came out to make measurements and go over everything. Once he was here, I decided I wanted their company to also do the gutters and downspouts. I mean they were doing the toppers, so it only made sense since they had to install and pitch it all. I explained it to my roofer (who I also adore) and he said "No problem!" and he readjusted my price for the roof. So, I had the new roof and soffits done and then I had The Gutter Guys come and do the gutters, downspouts and toppers. The crew came first thing in the morning, worked very politely and hard all day long, cleaned everything up and in one day the had the job finished. They also gave me a very long handled brush that I can walk around and clean the "face" of the gutter toppers if a small leaf needs to be wiped away. But I've never needed to use it. And let me tell you, I am surrounded by trees. Before getting the toppers, we had to go up on the roof all the time to clean out the gutters. In one year's time since putting them on, we have never needed to do that again. They are not cheap quality either. They are a bit more money than the other companies, but WORTH EVERY penny!! I cannot stress that enough. You get what you pay for. I am so satisfied with my decision to go with this company. And I'm so happy that Bill came into Middlesex County to help me out and sell me their product. Even my roofer was impressed with how they look and work. I do not like to post on these sites but I feel consumers out there do not have to be a victim of "The Gutter Guys" . I had Jason Speight come to my home in late June to be exact to give me a written estimate of the cost it would be to clean our gutters, and it was not until sometime before or after the 4th of July that they could come and do the Gutters. We really wasted our money on these guys, We feel they do not even know how to clean the gutters,downspouts and the cleaning of the eves was extra,I do not even think these guys have any company training. I called the company again and really complained because the gutter cleaning job was not done correctly. What a disgrace we are now in the process of having our home power washed by some one else and we are finding out the rear gutter is still clogged. I will hire someone else who has way more experience then the Gutter Cleaning crew, I should have stopped payment on the check if I was smart. The Gutter Guys were recommended to me by a trustworthy coworker so I really gave them the benefit of the doubt. The team there is really nice, however, are unable to follow through with their word. My first experience with them was not too great. I had a gutter cleaning scheduled with them and, because of the weather, it got pushed back..understandably so. However, they did not take the time to contact their customers to let them know about the delays. Had I been informed, I would have been more prepared for them to show up and not wondering what is going on. How is a customer to know how many appointments they had scheduled and how many other customers they work for? Instead, weeks went by where they did not show up (and I received no word from them) and then, when it was a month from the time they had made the "appointment," I finally tracked them down and they responded saying there was a delay due to the weather. My next time calling them, I decided to overlook this since it was a bad winter, weather-wise. I called them right before summer (end of May) to ask them to come out and give me an estimate for new gutters. The lady said she was very busy with driving around to other houses in the area and that she would try to stop by that day since she was in the same town. She said if she was unable to stop by that day then she would be out for an estimate in the next week. This never happened. It is now almost four months later and I have not received an estimate. She never came to my house as promised and never called/emailed me to explain. I see her drive around in her truck almost every week and I don't understand why they would not follow through with their word. I understand that she is busy but I will not be calling them again because I do not have time either to stay on top of them and constantly be inquiring about their whereabouts/status. I used Gutter Guys when I first moved into my home. They sent someone out for a free estimate; and I liked that I didn't have to be home when they got the work done. The gentlemen explained that the workers clean the gutters out by hand, but assured me that they were thorough. I was told that they could not give me the exact day or time that they would be out, but I would know that they had been out, because they would leave a notice on my door that the job had been completed. The first time they came out I had a notice on my door, but noticed some of my gutters had not been cleaned, specifically the hard to reach gutters over my sunroom (hence the reason I wanted it done professional. I could not reach it). I called to have them come back out and the woman I spoke to say she would schedule someone to come back. The next day I came home to 2 men one on a ladder and the other scaling across the roof of my sunroom to get to the gutters. Needless to say when the men had left the gutter was clean, but a shingle from my roof was on the ground. I didn't bother calling them again, because by this time I was more mad at myself for using them and calling them out after seeing the poor job they did the first time. We had a very good experience on the installation of new gutters with the GutterGard system. Two neighbors have used the Gutter Guys, recently. I talked to the installer doing our next door neighbor and then called Bill Dame at The Gutter Guys, Moorestown, NJ, for an estimate. He came quickly, explained the system and gave us the estimate. We got a call from their office a few days before they came to install to settle on the range of times they would be able to show up. The installers came when they said they would, and gave us a call to tell us they were on the way. We had the same installers, Dale and Kyle, who did our next door neighbor's gutters. Dale and Kyle are very nice; they removed our old gutters and replaced with the new system. Dale explained well what they were doing and showed me the various parts. They were very careful around our house and property and cleaned up everything thoroughly when they were done. It took three hours to install the system on our two story house from the time they arrived to when they drove away and that includes them having to sit out a short rainstorm. The new gutters look very good; I'm hoping the GutterGard system works as well as they said in collecting the water from the roof. We had a little rain overnight but not enough to give it a test; certainly, I won't need to climb up on the roof anymore to clear leaves and litter. read more
