They were thorough and fast, very professional. Each member of the team had a designated place, very organized and knowledgeable. I had a leaking manmade 2 part pond, so it couldn't work as a pond, just a little stagnant water and mud. This is a large pond, about 40x70 feet. They were so organized that they were essentially done in a day! I do not know the average price of pond care. I just trusted them and it worked out. Maggie and her dad stand behind their work. As someone who works in the service field, there's no better compliment I can give to these guys. We had them do pavers and landscaping for our backyard, not only did they deliver expert workmanship, but they also delivered great service after the sale. Nine months after they planted arborvitaes in our backyard, one of the trees started to "die" and a quick text to Maggie resulted in a whole new replacement. Maybe I'm old school, but I value service and relationships as much as the actual product/good. And, these guys clearly do as well. read more

We have used this company for almost 2 years to take care of our rental property and found out they were not weeding but had been charging us. I was told by staff they are unable to track the weeding because they have too many accounts, so they can no longer provide weeding service and only offered a refund of the most recent weeding charge but then charged me again for weeding a couple weeks after this conversation. Extremely disorganized and really disappointed by the customer service and professionalism . They seemed to treat our one off mulch project with more care but I would not use this company for regular maintenance. I would highly recommend to management to provide some additional training to the office staff. read more

They were awesome, they were able to start and help us a meet a deadline to host a grad party despite rain delays, did quality work, and super friendly crew.
