She did not explain about the $50 annual membership fee (?). When I went online to sign up and pay for the week's session, I discovered not only the $50 fee, but I also realized I had to "agree" to monthly withdrawals to the credit card and that I must in writing give 30 days notice to withdraw from program. We called her today and she said not to worry about that because it doesn't apply to us and that the website they use for payment does not allow them to have the three different programs separate (?). She also confirmed yes we would have to pay the $50 fee because her insurance is expensive as I can imagine... (what?) isn't that part of the program costs? So whether u do one week or 10 weeks or one year u pay $50 extra dollars? Not to mention she did not disclose this over the phone last week? And now I am expected to "agree" online to terms and conditions that apply and some that do not apply just to sign up my children for one week? And what happens when we do get charged repeatedly and have no documentation other than a contract we agreed to online and her word not to worry about it? Unfortunately that is not the kind of business I can trust and I will not recommend this place. And we will break the unfortunate news to our children that they will not be going to camp because Royal Gymnastics was not upfront with all the charges and more importantly the online "contractual commitments" we would have to make for one week of camp. Be careful what u "agree to" online.

Their summer program is top notch. The staff is EXCELLENT. The environment is warm and friendly. What a professional, caring, compassionate, wonderful group of human beings work there! The summer program is 5 weeks long, quite affordable, has morning and aftercare available, and takes children from kindergarten to 11th grade. There are numerous activities for the children to participate in; and is broken up into age appropriate teams. My 6 year old son has attended 3 summers in a row, and looks always forward to the time he spends here. It's the community factor that he loves the most. I've come in contact with many camps over the last several years (in several townships), and this has been the BEST one I have encountered. During the school year they offer a variety of arts classes for children and adults. Registration begins in September, and classes start in October. It's such an incredible place - with an almost overwhelming amount of Magnatiles lol - to activate children's creativity and imagination. The Magnatiles are helpfully sorted by color and shape in wooden bins. Kids can complete builds and challenges, and collect tokens to trade in for prizes. There were some pretty impressive structures in progress there. In addition to the main Magnatiles room, there is also a separate playroom with different activity stations and play/exploration areas, suited to younger kids. The recommended age range is 4-12, but my under-3 toddler had a great time as we play with Magnatiles at home and he loves them. He also spent some time in the playroom with the wooden train tracks and checking out various things to do. The admission charge for adults is slightly cheaper than the child pricing. A couple of parents - way more skilled and inventive than I - were building some pretty grand castles and towers as they waited while their kids played. The space is bright and clean, and the staff are very nice. For parents who don't wish to be "in the trenches" with their kids, there is a small cafe area with chairs and tables where they can hang out.

Came for a tournament recently, so I can't speak much about the coaching or regular use of the…read moreclub. But the tournament was well run. Although I was a little surprised by the lack of a cord/weapon check at the start, but it was a small event. The club itself is a nice facility. There was plenty of workout equipment. There is a sitting room for parents that is air conditioned and heated (as appropriate). If I ever move back to the area, Hub City would be my first choice. (In fact, I regularly recommend it to friends in the area to try the introductory program.) They have all of their prices listed on their website, which many clubs don't do. I follow Hub City on facebook and they regularly have advertised specials for both Adult and Children's classes. Most recently was a $300 10-week adult class that included mask, glove and jacket - that is a steal! Hub City is also one of the few clubs I have seen offer a Mommy & Me program for kids under 7. I don't know too much about it, but it is a great way to introduce your child to a sport they could reasonably do into their 90s.

First rate training from a first class teacher. I've seen blackbelts learn new techniques, kids…read moregain confidence, and everybody who walks through the door feel welcome. Classes are running from 6:30am to 8pm, with a great after school program for kids. Whether you're interested in the martial arts, want to get in shape, or looking for an engaging activity for your kid, this is the place. My son started doing it; I watched and joined in; my daughter saw the fun we were having and does it now too. Highly recommend.
